Obasanjo can not be receive by a military officer, that officer have failed and should not be promoted, because it just a test of their military /police knowledge..

And officers who fail are not going to get promoted to the next level. This officer who receive mr obasanjo has failed the test. It shows this officer does not know much or have no knowledge in the military.

There are military tradition.. And culture this officer needs to go back to school. He is incompetent for leadership.

Even if Someone ask you to come, dont go. Obasanjo is not royal. The military is a royal institution. So it shows this officer should demoted in his rank. this officers should be demoted to back to colonel. For lack of his profession.
