REAL ESTATE FEES/PROFITS:

Fees from Real Estate transactions could be mind-blowing. If carefully & professionally conducted the fees of the Agent from a singular transaction could run into hundreds of thousands naira/dollars & even millions of naira/dollars (depending on the transaction). The Generally accepted fee of the Agent for property sales transaction is 5% of the net sales while the professional Agency fee for Letting (Lease) is 10% of the property net price. But however sometimes these fees are not fixed; its subject to negotiation between the client & you the Agent, depending on prevailing circumstances. Therefore the Agent must be flexible to see & indentify these situstion while negotiating his fees.
