Coolants does tremendous amount of work, keeping your engine operating optimally, if for instance, the thermal limit of the water you've being using has being exceeded, the radiator coolant, with its patented additives, fills up that void of thermal inefficiencies of waters. Used of coolants, also prevents your cooling system from corrosion.

With time, tour use of water would develop into sludge, responsible for cooling system failures(water pumps, radiator system, etc).

@badgers14. Coolant isn't a gas. Coolant is a fluid(liquid). Its got additives in it, used to compensate for the thermal inefficiencies experienced by water when used in an engine.

You can use water as a coolant temporarily, when you're hold up in such a dangerous area. It does no harm to the car. What you'd want is to get that car out of there as soon as possible. If you've got cash, you can stock coolant in the truck. But for me, it doesn't make sense, looking for a radiator coolant in such an area.

Hmmmmnnn..... Such a useful thread. Being a HR person, starting as a generalist is d best. Few years after, u can specialise. My HR role came as a specialist but i made sure i work wit other specialists in my team to know what their specialty entails. So, i'm a specialized generalist (whatever that means )

I really love your questionnaire and appreciate your interest in HR, i have the following observations
1.Your questions appears too fused. The options aren't too wide. Like that of being online from 6-12 hours you moved on to always online (7-18 hours and so on are absent)
2. I don't know if you will be administering the questionnaire offline as well. If yes (perfect), if no...... The fact that you are working on E-recritment doesn't mean your questionnaire should be E-based. It limits your chances. You should probably have it distributed at Test venues where E-tests are being conducted for job applicants (you would get the same responses and views) that way you would have broadened the scope.

Thank you so much for the observations. The first one will be amended. I didnt chose online survey cos im writing on e-recruitment. Its because i'm quite busy. Moreover, study aint focused primarily on job seekers, more of recruiters which i designed another questionnaire n sent on linkedin to hr practitioners . No offline questionnaire cos i wont be able to distribute to the six geopolitical zones in the country (my case study is Nigeria). Once again, i really appreciate your feedback. Are u a practitioner?
