This is a big question begging for an answer. Tinubu said he won with the majority of votes cast. Inec announced him as the winner. What now concerns how the court proceeding should be. Is it, not the person with what to hide that would like a secret place?

The Constitution is the problem that allows a winner to be sworn in even when the victory is contested in court. Again, the tribunal has up to 90 days or so. The thief knows all this, and that is why they will quickly say go to court

The Court ordered the INEC to provide the data they used to declare tinubu the winner many weeks ago, they have been dragging their feet.

Dr. Uzoukwu prayed for the Court to adjourn to yesterday so all parties, especially the INEC to provide all their evidence as required so they'd be not going back and forth, they all agreed, and the case was adjourned to yesterday. Within the 'break', the INEC provided only 28% of the data.

Our Lawyer refused and insisted they must provide it by this Friday since the matter is time bound, but Tinubu's lawyer objected and prayed that they be given enough time so they could meet one another and reconcile the issues, the Judge ignored his request and ordered them to come to Court with the evidence, 100% of everything, on Friday.

Prof. Let me ask you. What is the essence of the election when all it takes to fail is 'not make' 25% in FCT?

It means even though you win the entire 36 states with 98%, and garner over 34billion votes across the states. Not getting 25% in FCT means another election of 300bn will be re-conducted.

All it takes is political actors without any road to victory or path to majority votes, making sure they block any body from getting 25% in FCT; by crook or hook. Because they know even 25billion votes cant save anyone.

All it takes is political parties focusing on FCT only and giving middle fingers to the other states. They can even try importing people from 36 states into FCT just to vote and scuttle the opposition impending victory

People like Sowore and others who know they cant win will just campaign only in FCT, bribe the residents and make sure the votes are split. Then we will keep repeating election till thy-kingdom-come without president.
