some guy just contacted me now.

he said he's a customer care for my bank.

he asked me some questions and requested my account number.

he spoke as though he was legit and me-- being an idiot-- gave my account number to him

he then told me to copy another number down which he would send to me in a couple of minutes, before he cut the phone.

as soon as he cut the phone, I realize how stupid I was.

I just opened the account last week and some money is there.

please nairalanders i want to know if he will be able to withdraw money from my account with just my account number now or even in the future.

It takes 21 days to form new habits and break new habits, uncontrollable habits become addictions, extremism of anything included sex, food and even porn is very dangerous , I can't directly give a quick fix to a systematic problem, but my advice is that is you foremostly develop genuine desire to change that habit, without these the problem can't be solved , after genuine desire you must fill up that sexual void with something productive as it's your testerones uncontrolled that's driving you,get new habits and hobbies so you can channel it creatively, interact more with people and the opposite sex in a healthy manner,start with a 21 days plan to break these habit and develop new one , I used these to defeat my onetitis mindset for some of my ladies crush when I was in scarcity mode,I gave myself 21 days to spin plates and be an effective gamer, I overcame my fear of rejection and emotional weakness of pedestalizing women and started gaming even though I lacked the social ,material status and confidence, I met several ladies, forced my shy self to approach them, got rejected and moved on to new ladies, these became a new habit that is now active on a subconscious level , in the 21 days I had accountability system which was a friend who was also a gamer, I trusted him and we kept each other in check, you need an accountability system to keep you in check as you avoid your bad habits and develop new ones , even after having several successful games I sometimes develop onetitis for some of them, but since the desire to have abundance is stronger than the emotional pleasure of having an idealized soul mate, I quickly stop my internal stupid crush and get back on track without even telling my friend again, now I feel like a new man with control and purpose over a bad and negative habit

These my own little experience with regards to breaking my long term chronic onetitis habits since primary school and I hope it helps to break your bad habits too

Abeg any interesting series to watch?... Coming from someone who don watch Smallville, arrow, flash, agent of shield, black lighting, daredevil, the punisher, iron fist and so on... It's been almost 2 days since the WandaVision finale and nobody is asking for consequences. They even arrested Hayward that was just doing his job.
Outrage over Wonder Woman rape but Wanda gets to hold a whole town hostage and then simply coast away into the countryside like nothing happened.
