Guys, I want to understand something. I placed a limit order for a stock via my accessmore app, but when I clicked buy, I noticed the quoted price is much higher (10% higher).
I thought I made a mistake, cancelled the trade and tried again, yet it came out the same. Now, the stock order hasn't filled because it didn’t get to the price although the stock has moved 9%
Does anyone know why that is? |

Errdrop: Non of these stockbrokers platform has 100% efficient service. I started with Afrinvestor and I haven't faced any problem with it despite the warning from some people that the platform is not good blabla, that Bamboo is better than them.
I now say let me try this bamboo platform for the first time with deposit. Boss, my deposit hasn't reflect since 20th of this May. Imagine this problem with platform using tech in 2026 as if we are in year 2010. Plus their support is r*bbish. No solution up till this moment. On their community platform inside their app, many people there are complaining of delaying withdrawal and deposit.
And with Afrinvestor, I do deposit and make withdrawal with ease.
Note: Not saying Afrinvestor too is good. in fact, non of them has good support system in place. Ah that sucks. My current broker has no deposit issues. Just limit orders not executing. |

Good morning fellow market lovers, may the greens favour us all.
Guys, I am here again with a request.
I need a real and responsive stockbroker which I can use to trade and invest in the stock market.
I noticed some problems with some I tried:
I place limit orders and it never executes,
I tried to do a withdrawal with one but I was told to update my NIN or some other verification, which I did but haven't got a response in days,
Generally poor customer service everywhere, never getting response on time,
I also hate manual doings, like, why can't I click a button and do some withdrawals in an emergency instead of contacting someone for it and then it may take days to process?
All these, guys, I need to avoid. I have platforms that do well for other things I venture into but why not the stock market?
Please help me. |

Delulu 🤡 Yes I did. But you see, I am an experienced trader, just that I found the crypto platforms a bit confusing. I fixed some of that confusion over a few days hence. And, I said that I preferred options on crypto. Why? Because, of its inherent volatility. Seems to be the best fit for such a security. |

But for those people wey get money, I can beat my chest, get Solana now..... BTW now and 2 months time, you will get 50% profit on it...
Another coin that I'm certain you can get 50% profit on is Render.
I'm telling you these because I know it.
First priority, Get Solana nowwww.. It's under 100 dollars
If you can't get Solana,
Get render token I prefer trading vanilla options on crypto and earning that 50% or more in a day's trade. Am I crazy? |

Please guys, I need your help. I have been watching the crypto markets for long now while I have traded other things, and I am feeling very confident about trading it now.
But, I have a problem. Choosing a broker or the exchange to trade it is giving me a headache.
I want a platform that I can fund either cash or crypto, then go to a chart and trade btc usd or eth usd.
But when I google and look for exchanges, I see platforms that look like they only have something like btcngn and it's just a direct swap (like buying dollar from aboki, not riding candles to profit from price changes).
So, I am confused. How do I get in? Plus, simplicity of the platform will also be appreciated. |

Travel › Re: Immigration Announces Upward Review Of Nigerian Passport Fees by webizone(m): 5:16pm On Aug 29, 2025 |
Softmirror: To me the money is even very low when you judge by the usefulness and importance of the Passport as well as compare the price of travel tickets, both plane and ship. Our passport is still relatively very cheap.
People have been paying a lot more than this through bribery to get Nigerian passports in recent past.
Modified:
#100,000 for 5 years is #55 per day till it expires.
You see, the whole mentality about the people complaining is very typical of an average Nigerian citizen who is able to buy a car for millions but won't be able to tender vehicle particulars because he finds it 'expensive' to afford.
I still don't understand the logic behind using minimum wage as you people's yardstick as to what should be paid for an international passport.
It is not logical. Because it simply means a person earn a minimum wage will only spend more time saving to acquire one. That's all!
Is the minimum wage the yardstick used for the price of flight ticket too?!🥴
Some people just like lying to themselves. In recent past, the kind of HUMILIATION by immigration officers just because you want to get an International passport is out of this world. Sometimes dem go use koboko flog people wey line up for queue. Well no one will work for minimum wage anymore if they can. Good luck employing people when you ever start a business. |

But that's about it. Please if possible, mods, can this get to the front page so that more people in this quest can get answers too? |

Danisaint112: One of the worst businesses you can do in Nigeria today is renting houses. It’s better to build and sell because renting is no longer a profitable business — it’s full of problems.
Honestly, I don't even know why people still build houses for rent nowadays. People are wicked, and humans are very difficult to deal with. If you own a house, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
Some tenants, before paying you, will still stress you. Fact is, you don't put your hook on such money. Don't try it because you will be disappointed to stupor.
And if you are living with your tenants, just forget it — "see finish" will surely set in.
If you're also the type that interacts and smiles with them a lot, sorry is your name.
The best thing nowadays is to build and sell.
Think about it: if you build a house for tenants with ₦15 million, you might not be able to rent it out for more than ₦2 million a year. It will take you 7 years just to recover your building cost.
And after that seven is a lot of things would have worn out and you'd have to renovate before you sell – a total waste of time.
But if you build and put up for sell immediately, you could double your money in about 2 years (if you have good marketers/agents) — sometimes even faster. Not to even mention the numerous court cases and troubles like this that come with having tenants.
Property Rental Business is a very shitty and frustrating business. This is the last type of business I will ever do.
Some tenants will deliberately destroy things before moving out — not because they can't afford to pay, but just out of wickedness simply because they feel you don't deserve the money they pay you.
If you ain't ready for any court case and If you value your peace of mind, then avoid it completely.
If you're thinking of building a house for rent, my brother, come out from that road — there’s no light at the end oo! You're only planning to fall into a deep ditch.
I'm speaking from experience — based on everything I have seen my mum pass through while running property rental for the past twenty years alongside her family. I hear you o. But I want to ask, what of those that are building for renting because of their age? Those that are building because they want to retire on it especially if they get old that they can't make money any other way? What do these do? |
