guys when transcribing, do u need to differentiate who is the rep and customer? or its automatic? because am finding it difficult to differentiate between rep and customer.

Read all the readables before you start transcribing. There are really no calls for now. So, it's an opportunity for you to read the FAQs, sample of transcripts, watch the videos, check out the things being posted on slack by transcribers, SCCs and start transcribing Monday evening.
