All my certificates ( except my Msc..and was clearly stated that it shouldn't b laminated) are laminated..and they were NOTARIZED..I have certified true copies from the federal high court.(funny enough they didn't check d original copies) . besides no big deal dis days, they can even be notarized under d bridge in Computer village..hungry lawyers plenty like pure water. .na small thing.......but won't advise anyone to laminate theirs dis day tho..
