We are planning for easther break for just one week. Also the consent letter, should we type it on her mother letter heading paper then sign and dated
by the mother, father and me as the accompanying person.

I want you to guide me through my nices application. He is 16year in S.S.S.3 after to write his final examination. Am planing to take him along to UK for 3weeks break. His trip is going to be finance by his mother who happen to be my sister and a businesswoman. My question is wat are the doctument reqire from his mother to back up his application. Am going to be responsible for his accommodation(I have an reservation already) also I have my visa for 5year. My suggestion to his mother abt document need are listed as follows.
1.Consent letter sign by both parent
2.Introduction letter from school
3.Mother bank statment
4.Mother/father landed property paper
5.C.S.C.S statement mother/father.
6.Birth certificate of the mother which will link me to her mother as junior brother through the surname.
7.Mother and father birth certificate.
8.Family photography.
9.Birhday pixs dat I appear in.
10.marriage certificate and wedding pixs of parent.
11.My visa page as back up as accompanying person.
12. Mother tax card and receipt.
13.Company registration paper
14.Hotel booking
15.School I'd card photocopy.
16. House rentage receipt booklet.
Are all dis document in order,advise if any addition or minus is needed also in d section where we a ask to provid name of accompany can we provide one name since am jst d only one go wt him and coming back wt him.any other advise is wellcome.

Thanks so much for your contribution on this platform it goes a straight way in solving visa issue. I appricate all of u. I got my 5years visa today after waiting for 15days which never happen to me before.

I check through my visa page today and notice that the reference number was missing from the back of the visa page(e.g lag 1234567). Is the omission a mistake? Should I get in touch wt them to complain of the omission because of future application. I want u advise on dis.

In relative to document needed wt ur application to UK. I was their on d 1st of feb, 2013 to submit my application for renewer for 2yrs on geting to the counter for my document to be check. The guy at d counter pick out my document for landed property, he told me dat LANDED PROPERTY DOCUMENT are no more acceptable again, mind u I ve been using dis document since 2007 when I started appling for visa so he pick out all d orginal out but I have d photocopy of deed of gift,receipt,title of the land but d land plan and survy plan is nt included since I did nt ve it in photocopy. Hw my question is this. Is that the later ajustment coming from UK embassy as per document reqire?

Again my plan for the trip to london is 7th of march 2013 and to spend 3weeks also I normally apply wt my wife in the previous application but due to his work shuld and nursing our bady I deceid to apply alone now because we don't want to expose our daughter to long range flight for now still wen she 4yrs old. I submite all our doc dat we use in all our previous application e.g marriage cert,wedding pixs, naming pixs of my baby,church wedding certificate,my baby pixs and birth certificate, my bank account statement of abt 580k wen I submit, CSCS account from my stock broker, my fixed deposit certificate of abt 500k wt my company, medical insurance card, driver lic, birth certi, land plan and survery plan wt recepit of purse and deed of gift. My recent share certificate which I have nt lodge into my CSCS account, my last shopping receipt of abt 1500ponds. Last flight ticket of 5weeks,payslip, family pixs, employment letter, promotion letter, confirmation letter. etc
