Politics › Re: Lere Olayinka Lambasts Falana Over Fayose's Frozen account by wellmax(m): 5:34pm On Jun 23, 2016
PEREP:
Please fault this logic!

“It is therefore strange that a SAN could tell Nigerians that EFCC can carry out an action first and obtain court order to justify the action later.

“If I may ask, was Falana called to the Bar before he attended Law School and passed his Call-To-Bar Exams? Was Falana’s LLB Certificate given to him before he got admission to the University?  Was Falana’s BL Certificate issued to him before he attended the Law School?  Was Falana’s Birth Certificate issued before he was born? Was Falana’s Marriage Certificate issued before he got married? Has Falana ever travelled to UK or USA and obtained Visa later? Can I, Lere Olayinka, because I can now quote some laws begin to practice as a lawyer and go to University to study law later?
.

Your submission is the result of fact twisting promoted by Fayose's men. Did you read Falana's comments?
Here is the link. https://www.thecable.ng/fayoses-immunity-limits
Show me where he said that.

Fallana is incurable borish instincts, he feels to satify Apc administration, where is SAN u don sopose to, how can one freeze somebodys account witout court order. Dis simply tells me dat Buhari work witout order of Federal Republic of Ng. Now that Efcc have taking law into their hand let see what wil happen next, and dat reminds me, buhari ur hero chatar 13 SAN to defend his certificate saga nd u fallana was among of them, tell me d law we pratice in nigeria.
Sharraaaapp. Who says the EFCC didn't obtain a court order. Let Fayose go to court if he feels hes been wronged. EFCC doesn't need to publish the court order before acting, that's why it is a ex-parte order. It will be childish to start publishing court orders in this case just to silent Fayose. If he want to see the Order, he should go to court

All sides claiming right. Who is now wrong? Na me?
But if what Lere has said is true, then EFCC committed a big blunder and should be sanctioned for it.
EFCC commited no blunder.
They have the right to investigate any politically immune individual after obtaining an ex-parte court order. No bank will take orders from EFCC without the order. All Fayose's boys want is to engage EFCC in dirty media fights to show the world the ex-parte court order. But EFCC is wiser. He has threaten to go to court, let him go there.

I like Farose spokesman, He speaks with fact and his words are always straight to the point.
How. which fact. First he says EFCC cannot freeze the account, next he says, the need a court order. EFCC got a court order fyi.
Fayose's men are just busy about their paid jobs, attack dogs.

Still don't get the whole gist of this church robe thing o. Is it not a norm for muslim females to wear hijab? Why is it causing issues now? That's rebellion on the part of christians, I don't get what their cause is. Except I don't understand the whole issue sha. Nigeria is a joke right now.
Actually its not a problem. But see, this is a "Christian School', however taken over by the Govt some time ago, but the missions still support and maintain the school. Osun State Govt in its wisdom decided to merge some schools. There wasn't any problem with some schools, but this particular Baptist School accepted the merging but insisted students will not be allowed to wear hijab to the school. The muslim body protested and went to court and they won.
See it might no follow logic to insist on ""no hijab in 'Christian Schools", but religion is an emotional thing and very sensitive, the Government should have been more careful

But why will you lock up a man protesting that he doesn't want to remain in the same country with a particular nomadic region known for their blood lust and tendency to slaughter innocents when they fail to adhere to the tenets of their religion?

Are we really one in this 'One Nigeria'?
Presently he's not in detention for wanting to leave, but for in sighting violence, criminal conspiracy, intimidation and membership of an illegal organization. Last time I checked, these are grievous offenses and doesn't matter where you are from or what other people perceive it to be. At least he's still a Nigerian.
