Well, there is one area I can provide help with which is; you can ask for an extension and keep running the proof of funds. If you don't know how to go about it or have limited funds, I know someone reliable that can help with that with an interest rate as low as 3%. Let me know what you think and I wish you success!

if this is a dependent visa a POF had already been submitted by you before.. why did you take out the funds seeing that you went again to apply for administrative review again? Why the stress?

Thank you very much for your comment, though I really wish you had proffered a solution rather than focus on what I may have done wrong. They do not ask for proof of funds when concluding an administrative review as it had been summited previously. I have been involved in about 3 administrative review and this is the first time POF is requested for.

I am surprised that they are requesting for proof of funds again. Please, what are my options? Can I ask for an extension, and start running the proof of funds? My daughter's visa was rejected in November,for no qualifying reason. I applied for administrative review on 5th December. On 6th February, I got a mail that my administrative review was successful and the wrong decision on the visa has been withdrawn. The mail said that the visa application has been sent back to the case working team for a new decision. Please any idea how long it will take for a new decision to be taken and for the visa to come out?

Is your legal guardianship letter from the court?

If not abort mission. It should be a court order not just some letter signed by a lawyer

With legal guardian you are still an aunt, with adoption you are the mother

This IHS issue usually occurs when you put in wrong dates as course start and end dates, and visa expiration dates for main applicant.

I think he should discuss with his course adviser, and make findings from people's experience in his school also.
I know someone that was sick in year one and so failed some courses. In the year 2 and year 3, he dropped courses to accommodate the year 1 courses and took those courses in year 4. When he went for result upon graduation, the courses dropped were calculated in his result for that year as F. This was not Uniben though.
My advice: he should do the courses for that year and add as much as he can from the failed courses.

My younger brother studying biochemistry at the University of Benin have had about 5 carry overs. Now he is in his third year, and he is seriously depressed. I have seriously reprimanded him and also consoled him but I don't want him to spill and based on the fact that when am in school I never had issues like this, I decided to bring this online.

Is it possible for him to drop some of the mandatory courses in his department(note not core courses o,but mandatory courses) to accommodate for the carry over courses he had.

Apologies for my plenty questions.

My sister just paid her fees and will send the telex to the school as soon as its out.

My questions are:

1. How long does it take for COE to come out after proof of payment is summited? The school is QUT.

2. How much is needed for POF? Outstanding fees is about 18,000 AUD.

3. We processed the admission via an agent. Is it essential that we use the agent to process the visa? Or we can collect the COE from the agent and process the visa ourselves?

4. How many months statement is needed for POF? And must the minimum amount be maintained throughout the period, or the embassy just wants to see a transacting account?

5. How long before a statement for POF get stale? The account for POF had about 16m up till yesterday when school fees of about 6m was debited. Can we print statement up to the day before the debit and use it assuming we are applying for the visa 2 weeks from today?

Please my sister just got a conditional offer from de montfort university. I have some questions to ask before I proceed.

1. If she fulfill the conditions, which are motivation letter and original certificate, will she be given unconditional admission, or she will have to pay fees first?

2. Is payment of fees required before issuance of CAS?

3. Is there any form of discount or scholarship? Cos the fees on the offer letter is too high and no scholarship or discount is stated.

4. Will there be pre-CAS interview?
