Sicklebear28: it is about the money. Is it viable in this present economy for a Family man? Though I reside outside Lagos Thanks for clarifying. I understand your concerns about viability, especially as a family man. Well, as a fellow family man, I've found that transparency helps a lot. As long as everyone in family knows how much they can expect every month, it helps make planning and spending easier. Just remember to ALWAYS live within your means, and I think you'll do well. Take your time to prayerfully consider the other factors in the offer that are important to you. Wishing you all the best as you make your decision |

LegendHero: Someone was saying this on Twitter today.
Imagine governors from cocoa producing states invest massively in vast hectare of land and plant cocoa like their lives depend on it.
Nothing stop them from making $40b yearly from cocoa. They should stop being lazy and reduce their dependence on the chicken change from FAAC. Thanks for sharing this brilliant idea At times I wonder: is it that such ideas don't occur to our politicians OR that they lack the will to act on them? |

@TimiRume
Thanks for sharing this.
(Although my eyes glazed over at some parts. Especially those parts where I'll need to actually draw out a family tree on paper to track who is married to who and who begat the other...)
But seriously, I appreciate your sharing on how some content posing as Christian is anything but.
You must be a serious Bible student to spot the well-disguised error being peddled these days as the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
GOD bless you |

Karrrion: The reason I'm doing this is to take survey on how the loan business works and to gather some few experience on the entries process and also how customers react to loan repayment system. I'm doing this because I will be starting a loan services company by February next year and I need to gather all the experience I can get... I know how to get to you with all these details.
Don't come to me with any excuses if you don't have these requirements because I might send someone to confirm your address before you get the loan. Repayment should not be more than 6 months and loan interest is 2% monthly of the amount Are you ready for the loan business? It's a complex space with serious implications. Are you prepared for defaults, legal issues, and other risks? If you're sure you can overcome these challenges, then you might be ready to take the leap. All the best |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: My Experience Working As A Private School Teacher by werisetogether(m): 5:56pm On Dec 06, 2024 |
Itooweak4una: Good day Nairalanders...
Well, I followed that decision. However, it wasn't easy at all. Firstly, at the school, I was given six subjects to teach (Civic Education, National Value, Security Education, Literature in English, Marketing, and Agricultural Science), and I was also asked to teach JSS1 to SS3..
Before accepting the job, I was only having around ₦28,000.
It was then that I understood why some teachers eat their students' food. I was placed as a class teacher for JSS1 students, and these students eat in the morning immediately after school. You need to perceive the aroma of the foods. I won't lie; I was tempted, but I never did that - I never touched any of their food...
...I even thought of suicide, but I had to talk myself out of it...
I went back to my mom's place, and now I've successfully completed the Virtual Assistant training. I'm seriously looking for a job role as a virtual administrative assistant or any role that requires someone to assist you. I can help you manage your calendar and email, plan travel, work as customer support, track your expenses, and many other tasks. I am available and have the resources to work both remotely and on-site. Thanks so much for staying strong in the face all those challenges, and for refusing those suicidal thoughts. And a BIG thank you for not eating the food of the kids under your watch. Na so corruption dey take start!
But seriously... As you reflect on your experience, remember to take stock of the lessons learned and plan for a brighter future. Effective time management and financial planning will be vital for your next chapter. Keep moving forward. GOD bless you |

TheFinesseKid: It's become quite a worrying trend. Some wouldn't even respond to your messages.
I am starting to think maybe y'all do this to make fun of people with no job.
Remember y'all started somewhere. You guys should treat people with courtesy. It's not easy hunting for jobs.
Shalom. God bless yall. Thanks for sharing. Glad you mentioned the need for courtesy. It works both ways For a minute, put yourself in the shoes of an employer You won't believe the number of people who reach out with just "Hi". With absolutely no other context. And expect to have a meaningful conversation Furthermore, not every candidate would qualify for each position. There are certain skills/attitudes required for each position. If a potential candidate starts off by showing massive red flags at the beginning, why would you want to continue the conversation? Won't it be better to allow them look for something else they could be better suited for? With that said, don't give up on your career search. What you're looking for is looking for you. Thanks again and GOD bless |
