Lets do the maths: say 90k case + 160k phone = 250k

Some people are savvy buyers, some are not. As long as a person has thought twice or thrice and done further research before making his purchase I am fine with providing a small service to humanity that will prevent the end user from having buyers remorse or full out regret afterward.

It is easy to see that used furniture or shoes are ridiculously priced. It is much harder to see the same where phones or pc or electronics are concerned.

There are still other facts about your personally used thinkpad that are not known and that the buyer may not know

Is the resolution HD, FHD or QHD?
What is the actual battery capacity / wear and tear?
Is there any admin password in the bios?
Have you,like so many other sellers installed a pirated version of Windows over the legit version (which will soon become a nuisance?)

Last month a friend wanted to buy a laptop for his wife. 2 weeks he came to me with the laptop he eventually bought. A 2015, i5m with 4gb of ram a crudely replaced keyboard 13 inch screen, and windows activation problems. 200k. Plenty of regret over wasted money. That thing was not worth 100k.

I have noticed you quite always have an opinion on everything that is posted here. It's quite understandable that you are well experienced in a lot of things; however, it's not all the time that you share your opinion. Sometimes, it's a better approach to just keep mute, especially when the item posted didn't call your name.
You aren't the first person to share an opinion on this particular laptop, you are however the first person to do so in a destructive/unconstructive approach which doesn't augur well with me. I appreciate your advice to reduce the price but maybe, it'd be a good thing to ask what I meant by personally used or just pretend you didn't see it since you aren't interested in buying as you have an higher version.

The term: "a customer is always right" doesn't mean you should make refunds or replacements at every instance.

It simply means as a seller, humble yourself and listen to the customer, do not counter him or her aggressively and seek professional ways to settle dispute amicably.
