QuinQ: You must be out of your mind. How can you compare a mediocre anthem to a genius anthem, the best anthem in the world. It is short yet says it all, starts with the name of the country, and has a commandingly uplifting tune
A great anthem indeed. Here it is:
Nigeria we hail thee, Our own dear native land, Though tribe and tongue may differ, In brotherhood we stand, Nigerians all, and proud to serve Our sovereign Motherland.
O God of all creation, Grant this our one request, Help us to build a nation Where no man is oppressed, And so with peace and plenty Nigeria may be blessed.
One good thing from BAT (He remains cllueless in other areas!)😆 People who lack home training tainted with overdose of drugs like you are usually without decorum in public domain. U r berserked in reasoning and mind. I think some of you deserve psychiatric profiling. |

QuinQ: You have to understand 3 things. One by the time Tinubu leaves office people will be used to this anthem and start saying we should face serious problems instead 9t changing anthems. Two, quite a few people like the anthem. Three, NASS will be divided in the future Bros see as them take throw away Buhari and Emefiele new money na so them go throw this anthem. This anthem doesn't inspire at all. Listen to the old item. What is is more endearing and compelling like Arise O! Compatriots. Nigeria calls obey. See during football matches when this anthem is raised the moral of our players charges. Even you watching u feel that patriotism of Arise Oh! Compatriots. This old new one is a Catholic song. |

Their noise will end when Fubara finishes his first term and loses his reelection. Then, they will weep in RIVERS State. It was the cheating perpetuated against Ikwerres by Ijaws when they held sway in Rivers State. Opobo Nkoro no reach Rumueme community. Degema no reach Choba and just like that. Even the eleven LGA they claim put the population together it is not up to Emuoha and Obio Akpor LGA with true census. |

The mineral resources in Kwara State is out of this world. Why everyone left their resources to face Niger Delta oil is a discuss for another. During NYSC Orientation camp at Yikpata that we entered forest I saw a lot. Shining pebbles in the form of marble and granite lying the forest floor. You don't need to dig they were just there in commercial quantity. Nigeria is blessed with different mineral resources but we are focusing on oil because it belongs to the minorities of the south. If this oil were to belong to Fulanis by now everyone would have started bearing their family names. |

Blue3k: 2. Hmm the number been revised up again? Most accounts have it 2 million death most due to starvation at most. Do you care to cite your source on the 5 million casualties.
3. The British Navy didn't lead the blockade. I've seen no historical source outside nairaland claim such. The Nigerian Navy enforced the blockade and lead the amphibious assaults.
Ojukwu refused to allow a land corridor because he feared the Nigerian government would poison the population. His actions thus exacerbated the problem. Gowon would not have poison them due to international pressure. Ojukwu opted for air lifted material from Sao Tome with Portuguese support. The supplies came to Portharcourt then Uli village in Owerri. The Nigerian airforce was never able to stop opperations from the Uli airstrip due their ineffectiveness.

malali:
Ranching is not affordable by the average fulani herder. Herding in Nigeria is getting deeper into the south as climate change is "desertifying" north more. If humans cannot even feed due to inflationary government policies Realistically, how do you expect the person that has eaten to afford to feed a cow in a ranch ? I don't know if you are Fulani. If you are one and they are like you I don't need to fear Fulani. Everyone down south is afraid to mingle with Fulani people..those days we so much liked them. When they passed with their cattle we ran out to welcome them. We gave them water they also have out little gifts they had. Some times roots for malaria and even burantashi. But the stories we hear about their vices have made many people not to see them as neighbours.. anyone who sees a Fulani person sees a jihadists. We see an occupier. It is believed they Lorded over Hausa people because hausas welcome them. It is believed they took over Hausa land and commit other atrocities. It will be hard to convince us otherwise. |

malali: The Southeast is allowed to ply their trade and open spare parts shop in katsina The Southwest is holding Aso-rock Office in Abuja The South-south is FCT Minister in Abuja Why cant the northern Fulani man feed his cow in the south ? Lets be tolerant and restructure cattle grazing to accommodate everybody. This places you mentioned these people do not constitute any form of nuisance. They provide everything they need for their businesses. Don't mention Abuja. Abuja is a property of the federal republic. In the south hausas are doing their businesses without being encumbered save those into crime of iron theft and other vices. I like meat but the Fulanis should know that the country is past the era of moving cattle about. A ranch can be built in their state of origin and export of cattle for slaughter to the south rather should be the order of the day. |

malali: Potential Impact on Beef Prices Implementing large-scale ranching could significantly increase the cost of beef due to the high expenses associated with establishing and maintaining ranches. These would make Nigerian cows too expensive for purchase as cows from Niger and other neighboring countries practicing open grazing will be cheaper in the open market.
Suggested Practical Solutions Designated Grazing Areas: Allocate specific areas for grazing to prevent clashes while allowing pastoralists to continue traditional herding methods. Conflict Resolution Mechanisms: Establish local committees to mediate disputes between farmers and herders, promoting peaceful coexistence. Cooperative Farming: Encourage farmers and herders to form cooperatives, sharing resources and knowledge to improve productivity and harmony. Community-Based Animal Health Services: Provide mobile veterinary services to support herders, reducing the need for long migrations and potential conflicts. These solutions aim to be cost-effective and fair to both cattle herders and farmers, ensuring sustainable practices and reducing conflicts. hi You right. This can be allowed in the north where they speak the same language. Which union do you want an Igbo man or Ijaw man to form with a Fulani person? |
