When, where and which power plant in Nigeria has had to cut production due to a gas shortage? You should have some facts to back your hypothesis... a mere explanation that power plants use gas does not answer the question. You have said Nigeria's internal gas supply has been inadequate - where's your source?

There were times gas plants were shutdown due to insufficient gas supplies.

Most of the turbine we use in Nigeria to generate electricity are gas driven. In this case they are called gas turbine. If gas supply is not adequate it will not produce electricity optimally. It will lead to rationing. And most times those who produce gas in Nigeria prioritize international markets that will yield them dollars. So even when we do not have sufficient supplies in Nigeria they would prefer selling to other countries Ghana inclusive.
Now they no longer supply to Ghana they would have no options than to revert it for local use. This means that there will be sufficient supplies for local use including our power generation gas turbine

Some of what you said are correct others aren't. Igbos led by Ojukwu undermined the interest of Britain in Nigeria. They never envisaged that Britain had Nigeria as an entrusted personal estate.
France aided Biafra with medical and food aids I doubt weapons were inclusive. Russia was out to make money and only aided the side ready to pay which was Nigeria. Israel aided both sides.
