Broh! Good job u did but I still can't use this app ever since u posted it.
Sometimes after download and tried to make use of it all I get is "check your internet connection" sometimes it states " you are using the unsupported version please update" and when try updating, nothing happen.
I just wish you can help. I tried downloading it from the first link u provided but I couldn't but successful in d second link. Yet can't use it.

The president-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, owns a modest apartment in his hometown Daura, Katsina state. Daura is a very important town not only to Katsina state but to the entire Hausa race, The Punch reports.

Daura is generally accepted as the origin of the Hausa states (Hausa Bakwai) and it had in time past been under the rule of queens, known as Magajiya. It is a predominantly Hausa/Fulani Muslim town centrally located on the northern apex of Nigeria which borders Kano, Jigawa states and Zinder in Niger Republic.

The personal residence of the president-elect in Daura is located in the Government Reserved Area.

Buhari’s modest three-bedroom bungalow is located a few metres off Daura-Kwangolam road, nestling the Daura Shagari Low Cost Housing Estate. The building is almost nondescript thus attracting no attention. It is painted white.

The structure is, however, protected by an average-height concrete perimeter fence. The massive dark-green metal gate that serves as an entrance is bordered by a gatehouse with a small window and a security guard inside.

The structure reportedly was built in 1983. The same year Buhari became the military head of state in a coup d’état on December 31. Prior to this, he was a one-time military governor of North-Eastern (now Borno) State, a former federal commissioner for petroleum and atural resources, and a general officer commanding more than two military divisions.

The surrounding fence of the property is not as high as to prevent passers-by from observing whatever event that is going on inside the general’s residence.

Apart from the fence, the entire building is devoid of heavy barbed wire around it. Similarly, from the outside because of the harsh weather, the neem trees and other plants have grown to further beautify the modest structure.


About 1,500 metres from the residential building, Buhari’s farmhouse stands modestly, surrounded by white sands.

Despite the presence of security operatives moving in, out and around the house, the entrance to the house is not restricted.

Children, youths and others visit the house at all times to exchange greetings with the General’s aides, who reside there.

The President-elect’s residence is structured to give the needed relaxation as the building is located somewhere close to the middle of the yard with space on both sides as well as the front and back.

Speaking on the former Head of State, some of his neighbours said they were humbled to have Buhari close to them.

“We have learnt a lot from the General because he is someone that is principled, strong-willed and quite dependable,” one of them said.

A neighbour who pleaded anonymity, said: “We shall continue to support and assist him with prayers to enable him do the right things for our great nation, Nigeria.”

Another neighbour, Malam Habu, said: “In 1983, when he became head of state, most people had started adjusting their lifestyles owing to some of his administration’s programmes and policies. Look at where he started from, how he has asked his immediate family members and dependants, to find legitimate jobs to do, as anyone of them caught committing a crime would have himself to blame, meaning that none of the them will be spared the rod.

Imagine someone asks, "What do you do?"

How do you answer? Maybe you say, "I own a restaurant." Or, "I'm a supervisor at Acme Industries." Or, "I'm a teacher."

Whatever you say, your answer probably doesn’t include the word "and.” But it should -- even though there’s often a stigma associated with being an "and."

Take me (not because this is all about me, but I'm the only person I know a whole lot about. And hopefully you just smiled.) I’m a ghostwriter. I'm a speaker. I’m a productivity improvement consultant. I’m a wedding photographer. If I may say so – and what the heck, I will – I’m pretty good at all four of those things.

But here's what happens. Say I do a speaking gig. Invariably aspiring speakers will corner me afterwards to talk about the business of speaking. Ever keen to plug in variables on their revenue projections they ask how many speaking engagements I do.

"I try not to do more than 20 or so a year," I answer.

"Only 20? Wow -- you must get paid lots for each event."

"Depends on how you define 'lots,'" I say. "But I don't want to do more than 20 a year."

"Why not? If you did more events couldn't you make more money?" they ask.

"Probably so," I say, "but I'm also a ghostwriter."

"What?"

"I'm a speaker and a ghostwriter," I say.

"Oh," they say, and their voices trail off as their perception of me changes. To them I should either be a speaker or a writer, not both, because successful people do one thing. Unsuccessful people have to do a variety of things to make ends meet. If I’m both a speaker and a writer I must not be very successful at either.

(And that's before I tell them I also photograph about 10 weddings a year.)

So, no matter what their initial impression of me as a speaker, no matter how big the event, no matter how sophisticated the audience… they no longer see me as a successful speaker simply because I don't speak full time.

In short, I must not be good enough to specialize.

The same is true with ghostwriting. When I tell people I also do speaking gigs they generally assume I have to take on those engagements because I'm a struggling writer forced to find other ways to earn money.

To most people “specialization” indicates accomplishment and success, when in fact the opposite is true. You, me, all of us... we’re too good to specialize.

That's why none of us should be just one “thing.” We all possess a variety of skills –including skills we aren't using.

And no matter how successful we are in one pursuit, we have other skills we would enjoy developing and using. Regardless of how fulfilling a current business or job may be, we all have other things we would enjoy doing too… especially if we got paid to do them. That's truly a win-win.

So go ahead. Embrace your "and." Take the steps that let you include an "and" in the way you describe yourself professionally. Think about what you do well, or would like to do well... and most importantly would really enjoy.

Maybe starting a small business on the side would be fun. Maybe teaching, or consulting, or working part-time, or volunteering, or going back to school would be fun. It doesn't matter what your "and" is, as long as it's something you really want to do.

Then you get to recharge and refresh, pick up new perspectives, and bring certain skills back to your primary role... or roles.

Just don't say you can't afford to spend the extra time on an "and." In many ways you can't afford not to spend the time. If your “and” is professional then you create a buffer against downturns, shifts in market conditions, or the loss of a job. If your “and” is personal you get to add some a little more fun to your life.

Be an "and." Scratch that: be lots of “ands.”

After all, in most cases what comes after “and” is are the things we enjoy doing the most.

The President-elect, whose popularity prior to the election tripled, after he intelligently capitalised on the singular factor “corruption” to win a historic presidential election.

Following the President-elect slogan of “change”, he has continued to be in the good books of the masses.


In what many considered as the highest humility, General Muhammadu Buhari was spotted on camera taking a road drive on a shuttle bus at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Abuja earlier today.

A calm Buhari was spotted with some of his aides taking a ride on a shuttle bus and surprisingly! the president-elect was on his feet inside the bus while the seats were unoccupied.
