Someone had #200 with him(he was hungry), he entered an hotel and ordered for the most expensive food, the guy ate, then the waiter walked up to him to collect payment (the food fee was about #21000), he told the waiter he was does not have #21000, the waiter reported to the manager, the manager called the police, the police picked up the guy from the hotel, while enroute to the station, the guy just had a minor chat with the police, he bribes them with that #200, just like that ma guy was set free..!!
