1. Never fail to touch her in public. How else do you tell people is to act. Blow a kiss from across the hall. Hug when you come across each other, smack her ass in public.

2. Eliminate every element of professionalism. This should be reserved for your coworkers and associates not someone you and whatever pet name you call her in the bedroom. Are there meetings and discussions scheduled, you must have heard it already or you get to listen to yours in private.

3. Curtail your chats with people of the other gender. This should top the list. Write off pleasant and overtly friendly fellow workers. Remember still of the feminine gender. All interactions however minimal must be precisely proper and official. No unnecessary smile, no niceties or favour and definitely no compliments. They can get theirs elsewhere.

4. Be liberal with compliments. This cannot be over emphasized. Always drop accolades and praises on her work. Never a criticism boyfriend, remark favorably on her presentations, say nice things about her your colleagues. Gender in mind, male. Bring her up in every conversation with a flattering remark.

I dont see anything wrong in what Debie asked Tboss afterwards. If I get really mad at someone and vent, I'll still ask someone who witnessed it if I overreacted. If I did, all is fair in love and war, if I didn't, I'll be a little miffed I didnt display well. It's not an esteem issue, it's just one of those random checks we do on our attitide towards things

Though my cousin is yet to accept the proposal but i have known the guys mission from the onset.
