Crespostakes: thanks alot. So there's no how one can gain access without like an invite or something? Except you have to beg the security men, tell them you came for recommendation letter, that you applied some where and make sure you go with your ID, CV and evidence that you applied for a job somewhere. They will do shakara ooo, but later they will allow you, "depending on their mood. Good luck |

ikea: My brother i equally had they've resumed collection of CVS again. It may likely be a cover up as you said. But a source told me you must have first class or 2.1 to be considered, coupled with your long leg. Which of the offices are you talking about, TETFUND or NEPC? |

ikea: I had tetfund has compiled their list that would be sent to the federal character commission this week.. Anyone with reliable info if it's true and whether the list has been sent to federal character commission for approval. And they are still collecting Cv from applicants. Are you sure is not because of this probing issue that led them to be collecting cvs in other to cover up, because I asked one of the staffs, when I went to submit mine yesterday, that why are they collecting cvs again, after they have done replacement earlier this year? And he said he is even surprise seeing people submitting. Same thing with NEPC, I asked the lady collecting CVS, I thought you people have recruited, why then are you still collecting cvs? And she said, they asked her to start collecting again. I stand to be corrected. I think this is to cover up. |

cesil26: If you wanna come to NASS come in the evening or let's say from 3 pm and 4 pm when the security is a bit relaxed and staffs are about leaving the office
Go the Senate wing, at the lobby meet those ladies there and tell them U wanna see ur Senator, mention the name and they will tell U the office number
Some Senators and Honorables do have visiting days and time which they strictly adhere to
If Rochas is ur Senator, his policy be say he doesn't give out random recommendation letters, he works with slots allocated to him and he only places call across if U are really really sure the organization is recruiting, that's what I gathered on Friday when I was at his office

Thanks. Please when is the right day to visit Senator Rochas in the office? |

cesil26: Just came back from NASRDA office at Airport Road, Lugbe
This is what I gathered so far
1, I met someone at the security post there and he said he is only aware people have been coming to get their appointment letters and for documentation and that things had been concluded
2. At the lobby or front desk, the person said everything had been concluded, and sincerely only a letter from a Senator may land you something
3 I proceeded to see how I can lobby my Senator who chairs a very important committee, and I was told the had sent names already some months back, there I was reliably informed the key men over there at NASDRA are after the cash most important as first consideration over RLs
4. Stopped by at another Senator's office from Imo State and former Governor, I was shocked to hear nothing as such has landed on their desk, aside that he doesn't write random recommendation letters rather they act on whatever is allocated to them through slot , moreover he can send out such when he calls the agency and one must really have to be sure things are going on at such place before he makes such calls
5. One House Committee Chairman reliably said all had been concluded and ended
All the same still shoot ur shot and give it a try Please the staffs in the Senator's (Owelle's office ) are they approachable? Because I know the past administration was something else. |

owosunmomi34: My own case is different. I open an account with gtb since 2012 and I did my BVN reg around 2014. Recently I opened an access bank account because of NYSC, I was told that my middle name was replace with my initial. I have been on it for the past two weeks. What do I do? You are suppose to go and swear a court affidavit for correction of name in your BVN, and submit to the bank, please go to the gtb and complain to get their own opinion. |

Xmen149: Have a question anyone can help please.
Registered 2elective last semester out of 2,got only one ,is it possible to wave the failed one and register just this semester courses since I already passed one elective from the said last semester
Will it affect one from graduating
Please guys, urgent reply will be highly appreciated to start reg on time My dear I advise you rewrite that carryover, whether elective or compulsory. Make sure to pass that course if not, you will not graduate. Once they are compiling names for graduation and see that "f" in your portal, they will skip your name, knowing fully well you have outstanding to write. It happened to me, for years I was waiting for graduation and each time they publish graduation list my name will not be there, I wrote severely but to no avail, until I got the contact of the person in charge of compiling my faculty list.( in Lagos) I called her and she said I have outstanding, but I told her that, the course I failed is no longer examinable, it has been removed, from registrable courses, meaning it does not exist in Noun, because then I can't register it for either exam, no TMA either and they looked into the matter and that was how I graduated, if not I will be assuming the school mgt will wave it, so please do the needful. |

Nuheights: Thanks! Personally, I have gone through the registration process and everything has been okay. I have just paid using MasterCard but the transaction is still pending. Hope it resolves soon. As for the wrong class of degree, you can actually apply for correction from your dashboard. I just did. Though it has not yet reflected, at least I have done my part. Thanks again for sharing! Please sorry to ask, when was your name published for graduation, July 2018 ( St batch) or March 2019 (2nd batch) ? How much did you pay for the nysc registration? Thanks for your prompt response. |

Samisha500: CLARIFICATIONS ON NYSC BATCH B(NOUN)
Dear NOUNites,
We are aware alot of us are curious on whether the names of NOUN 2018/2019 graduates uploaded to NYSC website for Batch B is actually for NYSC mobilization or exclusion letter. In fact, several students had debated on this as many hoped it was for NYSC mobilization and were not satisfied with the reported statement from NOUN V.C, Dr Abdalla Adamu, where he stated that 2019 graduates will not be mobilised for NYSC, but exclusion letter.
In a bid to clarify the controversy, iTEC MEDIA as usual contacted a primary source of information in NYSC. In a mail conversation with the DG of NYSC, Brigadier General Shuaibu Ibrahim, he disclosed: "they [NOUN graduates] are not eligible yet [for NYSC] but exclusion letter".
Hence, it is now heart-breakingly clear that the list is for exclusion letter, not NYSC mobilization.
SOURCE:iTEC MEDIA Please has noun release names of 2019 graduates for registration /collection of exclusion letter? Please help. |
