1)I think you are free to change your project supervisor, if you have not gone far on the project. Go to the person in charge of assigning supervisor and talk to him or her. During my time, my supervisor wanted to frustrate me, I quickly ran to the person in charge of assigning supervisor and explain, I told her that my house is too far from where my supervisor works, also I had little baby with me that the stress is too much and she immediately added my name to her list as one of the students she will be supervising. That was how I started afresh and finished my project.

2)Some of these supervisors need enticement, once in a while, you send airtime ......... Though I didn't not give my supervisor penny during the process but I appreciated her the day I went to submit the bind project, because she deserved it. As she is criticising she is telling you what to do, I didn't submit a chapter more than twice.

Please look for those she has supervised before you and ask them how the journey was like. Good luck.

Noun said they will issue certificate that day, but judging from previous convocations.....let's keep our fingers crossed. May be they will give statement if, certificates are not ready.

No it’s not clear. That’s not how it should be and I don’t think that’s how it is. Are you saying if ones name is not on the graduation list such won’t be given statement. How many times do they do convocation in a year. For those that will finish their program in June for example they will have to wait till next year before they can collect certificate/statement

I have shared my experience with you. Once your name is published for graduation, you can go for your statement.

I finished my programme since 2017 but my name was omitted for graduation, when I applied for statement they said "NO" until my name appear on the graduation list. I stay in Abuja and I know what I'm saying.

Please help me out with this question. Will they check original waec certificate and ND/NCE original certificate for those who came in through DE before issuing us certificate.

Any certificate accepted at the point of screening during your admission will be used throughout your study years.

Can we conclude that NOUN doesn’t issue statement of result again. Does it mean if convocation list is not out one can not apply for statement of result/transcript having completed the program.

Noun will only give you statement, if your name is on the graduation list.

For those that will be graduating on Saturday, if paraventure they were not issued certificate, statement will be given pending when the certificate will be ready. These are some of the reasons why statement will be issued.

I went to the registrar's office last year for statement of result, before the first batch of graduation list came out but they declined because my name hasn't been published for graduation, even when the list came out this March I asked for statement they said no statement because convocation is in few weeks, hope we will be given our certificate on the 23.

I went to the registrar's office twice last year before the graduation list came out and they declined because my name is yet to appear on graduation list.

When is batch B likely to be mobilised ?

Good morning house, please I have a question.
I graduated 2018 and I'm above 30yrs which means I'm only entitled to NYSC exemption letter which I'm yet to collect because, is not up to a year for me to collect the exemption letter and I have been offered a government job , please will they accept my credentials with out my Nysc exemption letter or is there a way out? Like going to Nysc office for a covering letter to show that I'm expecting my exemption letter. Please your advice and suggestions will go along way.

Just make sure to do your clearance, then you can go to Abuja at your convenience with a valid � for your certificate.

Can Statement of result and transcript be issued once final result is out or you have to wait till after convocation?

I intend you register for PGD by July and I want to know how many months the program will take and how soon I can get the transcript and statement of result after completion...

Your name must appear on the graduation list before you will be issued a statement of result . Even if all your results are in your portal with out your name on the list, they will not issue.

I doubt the possibility of supplementary list before convocation. Another list will probably come out July / August.

How then i'm i supposed to print a current ewallet?

The one i have contains my last payment which was August 2018.

Meet the IT staffs and complain, they will give you a new password you will use and login to your portal for you to be able to print your current e wallet. It happened to my course mate and she is done with her clearance now.

Please, graduating students from other study centre, how did you get your Final Clearance Form? it cost #200 at ibadan study centre and Graduate Exit Survey can only be done at the study centre which is #120. To get these two documents, you waste a lot of time. These and other things make the centre look like a disorganized centre. Is this the same with what we have in other centres?
Then if one is not going for the graduation, can such person postpone the clearance?

Here in Abuja you don't pay for clearance form, hence your documents are complete, you are good to go.
For the exit form, you can do it yourself through your student portal except your portal has been blocked.
If you don't do your clearance now, you have to wait till July or there about.

Is not mandatory but necessary, but you must do your clearance before collecting your certificate.

You are suppose to collect your certificate on that day of convocation.

In the absent of certificate, statement will be issued.

Thank God I made, my name is on the list but my problem is that I have initial in my name. My question is, if I report to school will they process it and probably issue me my certificate on convocation.

May be, because they signed 3rd batch of graduation list after your defence last month precisely on the 26th of February. 1st batch was released July last year, we await 2nd and 3rd batch this week.

I registered four courses instead of seven last semester (2nd) due to financial constraints.
I'm about to register for this semester and will probably omit one or two courses also.
Do I have to register compulsorily the courses I missed last semester before proceeding with the ones for this semester? Or I can go ahead with this semester's courses while differing the missed courses till next semester (2nd)?

Is not compulsory, you are free to register courses from any of the semesters.

From a reliable source, senate will sit today 19th Feb, sign the graduation list and publish thereafter. So get ready for your clearance, if you are awaiting graduation. Good luck.
