Elxandre:Went for a Samsung S4... Xiaomi wasted time in pushing this device to the market and I needed a phone urgently... I waited for two weeks after it was released to the market but aliexpress, gearbest and Co were still having it on pre-order which was very expensive...  |

hoover420:Oga whenever you wanna type a response to me, have it in mind that you're referring to a fellow J7 owner... Mine also has a broken screen, in fact my friends used to taunt me with it saying that 'Helicopter jammed the screen' Although the broken screen stayed long before the touch started misbehaving... It also had antenna issues which I fixed The phone is somewhere in my cupboard right now... I have tired... Tecno tried with the J7, I loved and still do and that's why I didn't sell it... But the wahala got bigger than I could carry... The only tecno phone that was really durable is the tecno H6, God bless tecno for that low budget masterpiece... I really enjoyed it and I now regret selling it even though it's close to two years since I sold mine... 3 Likes |

klinro:Your observation is bias... Probably sampled from Itel sellers and marketers too... Mine is based on unbiased experience from using different phones from different manufacturers! The difference between 13mp and 5mp is a whooping 8mp, Infact mention any 8mp phone that this 5mp would beat in terms of picture quality.. And please don't mention Itel, wiko, mi-tribe and the other set of jokers called phones... I expect you to start mentioning xiaomi, meizu, tecno, Infinix, LG, Samsung, iPhone etc... So 1, 2, go! I know many people will ask why Itel have decided to go for a 5MP camera when there are lots of 13MP camera phones in the market currently. One thing we must know is that Mega pixel doesn't determine how good a camera is. In fact, user experience has proved that some 5MP camera are way better than most 13MP rated phones selling in the market now. A brand built on lies and deceit, does not last... Show me pictures from your 5mp camera, lemme bring pictures from all the 13mp I have here, let's see how your 5mp is better than MOST 13mp phones... 4 Likes 1 Share |

Since you 'bought it from someone', it means you have access to the phone, format it the right way and take note of the advice the lady above gave you.. If you must format it via recovery, you must have a valid reason to do so but since you don't, it's safe to assume that you don't own the phone... Return it to the owner...! I'm outta here... |

Mrluv:If the phone is truly yours, you don't need to go to recovery to format it... If you have access to the phone, getting the format done via settings is still the shortest route... Unless the phone ain't yours and you wanna bypass the security... Just give it to the owner... |
