I'm following this thread and ready to provide all the help I can in order to assist the OP, drop all your phone problems and we'd offer a solution to you... |
Akosxxx:You the boss |
Oya the following people should appear here... itelMobileNg Klinro oscillation55 Carlcaresophia Carlcareopebi You people should comman see what Itel users are going through... One thread, three different complaints about battery/charger.. Three different phones.. Choi! ![]() |
oscillation55:That's my prob with them... Using price to lure people to buy these things they call phones... Have you used an Itel as your main phone before? Bro you'd cry, as in better cry ooo... They even had the effontery to manufacture a phone with 5mp and 2.2 aperture and still refer to it as a selfie phone? One annoying thing about their phone cameras is that the quality of pictures produced is normally [(the assumed mp/2)-1], ie their 8mp cameras produce pictures of [8/2]-1 which is 3mp.. What rubbish! Wanna argue it? Please get any other phone with a 5mp front or back camera and compare it's pictures with what this phone would produce, you'd be mad at Itel! Ram management nko? Story for another day.. UI? Oh God! 1000% crap... Even their launcher is child's play.. The tecno y6 was and is still a budget phone, but I'm certain that it would defeat this Itel in performance and camera.. The front camera was it's only shortcoming but I'm also certain that the difference between tecno's 2mp and Itel's 5mp won't be noticeable... And before you say I'm a tecno fanboy, I use a Samsung... As I'm typing this, my Bro is chatting with his Itel device and trust me, na so so cry oga dey cry everytime... He doesn't even snap pictures sef because shame no go gree am, my phone is the official camera of the house right now! Bro, let's be honest with ourselves, if SON was functioning in this country, Itel phones won't be certified fit enough to cross our borders and thats just it...! Dear itelMobileNg, please I'm not hating on you, I only sincerely want you to improve... I've handled three of your phones, two belonging to my brother and one belonging to a colleague, I was totally disappointed with both you the manufacturer and they the buyers... You for bringing in substandard goods to make a mockery of our developing economy and the poor financial state of many Nigerians and they for spending their hard earned money on total trash... Please try to improve on the quality of your phones, strike a balance between budget and performance and watch many Nigerians promote your phones daily... From a sincere Nigerian... |
Akosxxx:Change the battery... |
Akosxxx:Discharging while charging or Discharging while using it? |
Anything bigger than 5.0" is a no for me... If I want a tablet I can get one of 8-10" I can't be carrying a phone of 5.5" and above when I know it's only Jean trousers I love wearing... |
HARDDON:Honestly... Well it's Samsung, they would surely bounce back... Let's see what they have for us at the Mobile World Congress! |
stadora:No Ma... It's either your charger ain't functioning well again or the charging port is bad... Try again with another top quality charger, if it's still discharging, change the port... |
Hmmmm... You didn't describe your problem properly... What did you/did not do before the phone stopped charging? Is your charger charging other phones? |
FACEBOOK Founder, Mark Zuckerberg visited Nigeria last year. Twice. That alone proves that it 2016 was a great year for tech in Nigeria. However, it hasn’t been the same story all over the world. Just in case you’re in doubt, here are some of the worst technologies of 2016. www.nairaland.com/attachments/4177886_capture_jpeg6d0ce43c2e6495dc5ba7597dd3872afd Yahoo Think your email account is safe? Think again. With other 500 million accounts hacked, Yahoo revealed the biggest data breach ever in during its sell out to Verizon for $4.8 billion in September. The compromised information was a treasure chest for criminals, including real names and email addresses, as well as dates of birth and telephone numbers. Furthermore the breach had occurred two years earlier, but had been kept a secret. So great in fact, that people felt it was worth dying for in 2016. Earlier this year, two men fell off a cliff while playing Pokémon Go. Obsessive Pokémon Go players also caused several car accidents—110,000 of them in 10 days in the U.S. alone, according to one report. Another four U.S teenagers were accused of committing a string of robberies by using Pokémon Go to lure victims to a Pokéstop. Arlington National Cemetery, the 9/11 Memorial, and the National Holocaust Museum are forced to politely ask Pokémon Go players not to hunt for critters on their premises. But with big money comes big problems. One report pointed to possible syncing problems with the AirPods, as music streams to both buds simultaneously. Apple finally worked out the kinks and put the earphones on sale Dec. 13, several months after they were supposed to be released. Microsoft Band 2, which was the company’s first attempt at a fitness tracker was ambitious but terribly bulky, and the sequel didn’t improve enough on the original. Stuck somewhere between a Fitbit and an Apple Watch, the Band 2 offered some improvements, but it suffered from an awkward band, an inconsistent heart-rate monitor and short battery life. It was also a bad year for Pebble, a pioneer in the wearables category that was never able to break through with the masses. This former Kickstarter darling raised nearly $13 million for the Pebble Time 2 and Pebble Core, but those watches are now cancelled. That’s because Fitbit has swooped in, purchasing Pebble to the tune of $40 million. But Fitbit is acquiring the company only for its software. Worse, existing Pebble owners will no longer get software updates, replacement chargers or warranty service. After about 35 reports of phones overheating and bursting into flames, Samsung told anyone with a Galaxy Note 7 to “power it down immediately” and return it. When some replacements also ignited, Samsung decided to stop manufacturing the phone altogether and recalled 2.5 million of the devices. https://d19lga30codh7.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/Samsung-Galaxy-Note-7.jpg SOURCE: http://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/01/worst-technologies-2016/ Cc Honsule Puskin Lalasticlala |

Father of the baby of the year in Osun, Mr Kajogbola Olasunkanmi, has accused the Osun State General Hospital, Asubiaro, Osogbo for short-changing the family, even as he confirmed the receipt of N15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) gift and other baby items from the wife of the Governor, Mrs Sherifat Aregbesola. Olasunkanmi, who spoke with DAILY POST on Wednesday in Osogbo said the management of the hospital gave only water flask and 5kg rice to them out of the many gifts brought for the baby of the year, including cash, by the Lions Club of Nigeria. https://cdn1.dailypost.ng/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/Shekinat-Oyebamiji-at-Osun-First-Baby-e1483547140461-620x350.jpg He expressed disappointment over the alleged fraud perpetrated by the management of the hospital, saying such anomaly was unbecoming of a public institution. “It is very unfortunate that the public institution, which ordinarily should uphold high level of truth and integrity is found wanting of social vice of this dimension and magnitude. ” As we appreciate the wife of the governor for her gesture, we are not happy over the attitudes of the management of Asubiaro hospital. It is highly unacceptable, and we demand that those behind this fraud be brought to book. “My mother-in-law, who was with my wife at the time when Lions’ Club came with the gift confirmed that the charity organisation brought many gifts for the baby of the year, out of which the hospital released 5kg of rice and water flask,” Olasunkanmi stressed. DAILY POST recalls that the first child of the year in Osun was delivered around 12:02am on Sunday to the family of Mr Olasunkami Kajogbola and Mrs Kemi Kajogbola. All efforts to get the reaction of the hospital management over the issue proved abortive as nurses at the reception continued to express ignorance on the whereabouts of the Medical Director.
