If you want to start blogging, then this will be helpful

- Sign up of for Blogger or Wordpress, but i'll advise you to start with Blogger
- Choose a niche you really have passion for and start writing about it.
-Purchase a domain name, preferably, a .com domain or else people might not likely take your blog serious.

I believe this can get you somewhere, you are free to also call on my attention if you need more help.
