Kounde's deal is still pending and no defensive midfielder has been gotten yet. Money is also needed for that. 200m on a young probability is excessive. Expending lesser on an experienced epl proven striker or sticking with what we have should be it.

But we can't get haaland so what do you want us to do? Lukaku thrived under conte and in Belgium with a counter Attacking system. Tuchel plays more of possession football but also keenly adds counter attacking by the side so what's the problem. And he's a far better finisher than any forward at the club rn. The same thing we were roasting werner for.

Like I have been posting Chelsea won't buy Kane for £160m, neither have they bid such for Haaland but are busy bidding €100m then (plus Alonso) £100m for Lukaku. If inter do look like selling they could end up selling Lukaku

Inter have said they are not selling lukaku. Ings is old and even if Chelsea bid for Kane, I don't think Levy won't even let the deal go anywhere these are some of the things that made one put Martinez in. Chelsea have to be careful to avoid another Kepa transfer situation. It's a very tight process now.
