Air tight ke? The room doesn't have to be air tight...you still need some form of ventilation. However, you should make sure there isn't too muc air coming inside.

Source of extra heat is non-negotiable. If you're in d North, you may not need that fduring the day but at night, you'll surely need extra heat, even in d north

Tapoline for roofing is because of cost I guess it ok for now but it may not last for more than 8months cos of direct sun ,so u can use it for now and try and wash d walls of d rooms in ur pics

yes, but I complained about Ilorin not Ibadan centre. The centre was woeful, because of the Logistic problem (they cancel exam on may 9th). I was among of the people that did last exam conducted there(May 30th), the centre is not even available for future examinations.During the exam, we had loads of logistic problem. The Loudspeaker we used Wholely ruin Listening exam. Exact reasons why I am trying to know the situations in Ibadan centre before I can register for another. Thank for your contribution during that time
