This operational base is a place where known killers like Miyetti Allah and Fulani herdsmen are slaughtering people and burning churches on a daily basis, and Christians are regularly attacked. Then, by June 2021, you sack the same pastor for the low "church growth index". Is the LFCWW no longer making decisions based on rational thinking?
