Good morning to you all my fellow Nairalanders. I have first class info about what is happening at the NCS HQ. I wish not to cause any confusion but only to let you guys know what is on the ground but you may wish to ignore... The info I gathered was that all they have been claiming is that 'the Server is crashed'. I don't know if someone has similar info should please come forward to clarify..

he is right.... professional certificate has to do with those fields he mentioned especially medical field......which you have been licenced to practice as a medical practitioner or in other cases.

This Govt is very slow. So,every things about them are so so so slow even to appointments new ministers is a case. Let the awaiting NCS officers be patient.
