Please I need help on what and what (Documents) is needed to apply for a Dependent Visa for Wife and Son as main Applicant is already working in the UK....

Would need help with site on where to apply from and then what is expected of the Main Applicant to support with as regards the Application....

Would also need help of how long it takes for the approval of the Visa can be made

Good Afternoon people, I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that have one way or the other helped with details and information to guide those of us in the process and those yet to commence on this project.
I would like to state that I got my transcript some years ago that was addressed and sent to a school but was given the student copy that was printed in black and white and was embossed with "STUDENT COPY" scattered all around the transcript. I tried to request for another transcript from the school I graduated from and the authority is asking I go and apply online and at the moment the set of application they are processing right now is those that applied online in February and this September already so meaning if I apply online I might not be able to get mine till next year, So I uploaded the student copy (Printed in Black and White) carrying the school that I applied for back then in 2014,addressed to the said school...My question here is, Would ECCTIS accept that same transcript carrying student copy though have not yet made payment. I am asking that if I make payment, Would they (ECCTIS) accept a student copy of a transcript addressed to another school entirely?

I also would appreciate if someone can help upload a copy of the English proficiency letter or what the contents of such letter should be....I would appreciate a quick response on this as I am way behind schedule...….Thanks in anticipation while praying that we all get a positive outcome from all our endeavor going forward....

In case you don't know these security guys are called agulere. They look simple but extremely dangerous. They're the same agulere group we use in dealing with touts that come to disturb ladipo market in Lagos.

When fashola was showing himself, trying to destroy igbo markets in Lagos he didn't know the boys protecting our boys are agulere. If you wan try agulere boys go to ladipo market and start trouble. Afonjas know how far, them no dey near that side. Cowards!!

I was issued a F1 Student Visa in November 2012 to study in Ohio and i travelled the following Year May 2013 and was stopped by the Homeland Security Officer,Interogated and was returned to Nigeria at the POE in New york reasons for returning was that the agent that assisted in getting my document sent wrong/fake documents to the school i applied to then.
I was given the option of allowing me entry into the US if i can get a good attorney to defend me in court which i couldnt outrightly afford.I remember i was also asked if i had the funds to pay for the school fees upon arrival to the school in Ohio.

I was given a 5 year Ban before i left the US and asked to try and apply again after the Ban.

My question now is this,
My In-Law(A medical doctor) in North Carolina has been able to help me with getting an admission with a school in illinois and the said school has issued me an i20 and the school is scheduled to resume in August 2017 which means i would have to appear at the embassy for a Visa before August 2017.
I would like to know what possible chances or challenges of getting a visa would be, cos going by my calcuation my Ban of entry into the US is likely to be running by the time i go to the US Embassy here.

Should i be lucky to get the Visa here in Nigeria,What challenges am i likely to face upon arrival to the US much later.

How do i know the status of my Ban of entry into the US.

I ran into this thread and i have a question that i have been looking for who to ask all these while.

I applied for a Student Visa in 2012 and was granted and I differed my admission till July 2013 of which i travelled and i was stopped at the point of entry by the Homeland Office and was asked questions and was made to know that the agency that processed my Visa for me used wrong information in applying for a Visa for me.I was given an option to pay $250,000 to gain access but since i couldn't afford it i took the option to return back to my home country (Nigeria) but before i left,I was given a 5 years Ban and it would make 2 yrs by August 2015 that i was refused entry.

My question is how do i know when my US Entry Ban is over?
How do i know the status of my US Entry Ban?
Would and i hope this wont affect me when next i want to apply for a US Visa even after my Ban?

Please i need answer on this as i dont know the status of my US Entry Refusal Ban as of now...Thank you.
