A: Thanks for the question! I first want to point out that it’s completely normal for sex to start to feel routine or predictable in a longterm relationship. We’re creatures of habit, and we fall into patterns incredibly easily.

Most people seem to want to shake things up in the bedroom, but have a hard time knowing where to start. Even trying to come up with new things to do can feel intimidating. Fortunately, I’m here to show you that bringing your bedroom back to life doesn’t have to be nearly as difficult as you might think!

1. Make Small Changes

If there’s one thing I want you to take away from this entire article, it’s that small changes can produce big results! So many people think that “spicing things up” means doing something as intense as donning full-body bondage gear or participating in an orgy. Not the case! Here are a few super small, simple ideas that can be a lot of fun:

Have sex at a different time of day than you usually do.

Get down in a new room or on a new surface, like on the stairs, in your kitchen, or on top of the washing machine.

Use pillows beneath your butt to create new angles in your favorite sex positions.

Try having sex for different lengths of time, like going for quickies or spending an entire afternoon being intimate.

2. Play With Your Senses

One great way to brainstorm changes to make is by thinking about your five senses. Sight is one of the senses that offers the most possibilities. Try making eye contact while you’re being intimate. Or try having sex with the lights on, with the lights off, or with candlelight only. You can also watch porn before having sex or during the deed.

To play with your hearing, listen to music, or try talking dirty to each other. For your sense of smell, light a nice musky candle to set the mood. Invite your tastebuds to the party by really paying attention to what different parts of your partner’s body taste like, or by spending time kissing each other slowly and deeply.

To engage your sense of touch, try teasing each other with unique textures, like silk ties, fuzzy scarves, or soft feathers. Or try caressing your partner’s body in two different ways, and asking them to pick their favorite. You can also try cutting off your senses, like using a blindfold or trying not to touch each other with your hands.

3. Ban Certain Things

One of my favorite ways to bring passion back into the bedroom is to prohibit your old stand-by activities for a short period of time. Do you and your partner rely on missionary position too often? Make a “rule” that you can’t have sex in missionary for a month. Or you can do something like only allow yourselves to orgasm during mutual masturbation. If you’re really disciplined, try not letting yourselves do anything other than kiss for an entire week. It doesn’t matter that it’s just an arbitrary rule; it will still feel super sexy to know that certain things are “forbidden”!

4. Experiment With Your 'Maybes'

Lots of people get stuck in a trap of thinking they should only suggest activities that they already know they will like. Asking to try something new in the bedroom can feel vulnerable, so a lot of people try to play it safe by relying on the old standbys, by or not making any suggestions at all.

The problem is that it’s hard to know if you like something unless you've tried it! I like to encourage my clients to explore the things that sound even remotely interesting. For example, you may have felt slightly curious about 69-ing or being dominated, but been too nervous to suggest it since you weren’t sure if you’d like it. Give it a shot! Even if it doesn’t end up being your favorite activity, you’ll have had a novel experience with your partner, and you’ll have more knowledge about what you actually do like.

5. Bring In A Special Guest

No, I'm not necessarily talking about other people. (That's a whole other article.) I'm talking about props.

There are so many great intimacy gadgets on the market these days. You can get a toy designed for solo use, and put on a little bit of a show for each other. Or you can research options for couples intimacy gadgets that you could use together. You can also buy things like lube, sex furniture, restraint systems, or even a sex swing. 15 year old Miracle Oluebube Nweke, a native of Eziagu, Enugu state, was caught on Monday, Jan 18 having sex with a Sheep. A friend who caught him in the act raised an alarm leading to his arrest by a vigilante group.

Miracle said he knew that it was not normal but that he could not help himself and that anytime he had the urge, a strange voice would lead him to where he would get a sheep which he would loose and drag to an uncompleted building to have sex with it.

"It gives me great pleasure whenever I have sex with a sheep, I have never had sex with human being in my life except sheep, I haven't tried any other animal to know the difference, my experience with sheep is sweet".

He explained that on sighting any sheep, he would engage, first, in sexual fixa­tion otherwise called zoophil­ia before graduating to raping it otherwise called bestiality or sodomy.

"Whenever I get any sheep of my choice, I untie it from the spot where the owner has left it and take the sheep to a secluded uncompleted building and have sex with it".

“I don’t do anything else with the sheep than that. I nor­mally make sure that no one is around watching while doing it because I know that the own­ers of the sheep may not like it.

He however blamed evil spirit for being responsible for his sexual depravity

“There is a spirit that normally tells me to go and look for sheep and whenever I hear the com­manding voice of the spirit, it becomes irresistible for me to take away my eyes from sheep. I will be so restless and confused until after I have car­ried out the instruction of the unseen spirit.

When asked if he regret his actions after now that he has been caught in the act, he answered in the affirmative but that he could not say categorically that he would not do it again. He also explained what he has been going through since the incident:

“The last time, our landla­dy accused me of stealing her money when she actually se­curely locked her doors and windows. How could I have en­tered her house? But I know she was just trying to eject my parents after the news got to her that I usu­ally sleep with sheep which she considered atrocious.

"I don’t steal and I don’t molest chil­dren. I am not a criminal,” he said

Mr Uche, the own­er of the sheep told the vigilante operatives that he would not go home with the sheep again, he demanded that the teenager who defiled his sheep must buy it. He also argued that it would be misleading for an­yone to think that the sheep is still normal after its encounter with Miracle.

“The best thing is to sell this sheep and its small baby to Mir­acle so that he can do whatever he wants with it. I cannot take them home again after their ex­perience in his hand.

“I will only be deceiving my­self if I believe my sheep is still normal. If I take them home and they start biting people, what would I do?"

“Again, if the sheep later gives birth to a half man and half animal, what do you want me to tell the world?” Uche queried

The vigilante operative, Okeke, when asked on what becomes of the arrested boy, said that he would be released to his parents after they have made adequate payment for the sheep that was raped by their son, noting that the 15-year old boy would not be handed over to the police.

“You will agree with me that this is not a criminal case and I don’t think it is necessary to start wasting our time and that of the police by taking this boy to the station.

“We will release him to his parents so that they can go and find spiritual solutions to his problems. This is more of a spiritual case than security matter"' he explained.

Miracle is a school dropout and the first of seven children of his parents. His father is a trader while his mother sells banana and groundnut in their neighbourhood.

Nigeria striker Obafemi Martins has left the door open to a return to the English Premier League.

Martins has scored 43 goals in 84 appearances for Seattle Sounders since joining the MLS side in March 2013.

His form in the US earned him a recall to the Super Eagles squad after more than two years' absence.

He has also attracted admirers in England, with Aston Villa making an approach for the player, according to Martins.

The striker says he rejected the approach from the Premier League's bottom side.

Bournemouth, former club Newcastle, and Sunderland are all also reportedly interested in him.

"I love the English Premier League and you never know what can happen in football," Martins told Newsfacebook Sport.

"I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow but I will never say never when it comes to going back to England.

"When I left Newcastle, I never forgot all about England and when the chance to return with Birmingham City on loan came, I took it."

Martins burst into the international limelight at Italian side Inter Milan before switching to Newcastle in August 2006. He scored 35 goals in his three seasons with the Magpies.

The striker, who has also had spells in Germany, Russia and Spain, will be remembered for scoring Birmingham City's winner in their 2-1 Carling Cup final victory over Arsenal in 2011. - the club's first silverware since 1963.

"People still talk about it everywhere I go," he said.

"Birmingham City fans truly appreciate my contribution there.

The cheeky 'rear of the year' contest reached its climax on November 9 in front of a packed audience and hoard of paparazzi.

Models stormed the runway in an array of glittering two-pieces, jewelled platform heels and heavy eye make-up.

Cacau Oliver, the organiser of the contest said: 'The Miss Bum-Bum competition is to elect Brazil's most beautiful bum.'

Although competitors are happy to push their bodies to the limit to bag the title, runner up in the pageant last year, Andressa Urach, nearly died after procedures to enhance her bottom began to rot.

This year contestants had to prove that they had not undergone surgery nor used chemical products.

Bottoms are a thing of national pride in Brazil.

Some Carnival beauties have even been reported to get their behinds covered by insurance companies.

A 1970s US drama which documented the history of American slavery is to be remade with a former EastEnders star playing the lead role.

British-raised Nigerian actor Hakeem Kae-Kazim, who is famous for his roles in Pirates of the Caribbean III and the television series 24 will star alongside other actors.

The Nigerian actor told the Independent: “It’s a great thing to bring Roots back. I remember seeing it as a little boy and it had a profound effect on me.”

“I was living in England but my parents came from Nigeria so I was learning the history of that time. Visually the remake has a much more contemporary feel around it. But it’s still faithful to the book.”

He told the newspaper that black actors are often presented in a ‘very negative and demeaning’ way.

British actor, Malachi Kirby, will play Kunta Kinte in Roots, which is being adapted with a modern-day spin.

The rising-star – who starred in the 2013 comedy drama Gone Too Far – appeared on screens for eight episodes of the BBC soap.

The original Roots: The Saga of an American Family, adapted from Alex Haley’s 1976 novel, spanned several generations on ABC and followed African Kinte, who was captured then shipped to America where he was forced to work as a slave on a plantation.

The historic mini-series was watched by 100 million viewers and was also screened on the BBC.

And the History Channel in conjunction with Lifetime and A&E have revamped the story of the black family’s struggle to survive during the slave era in America.

LeVar Burton, who portrayed Kinte in the original, has produced the new series with original cast members Will Packer and with Mark Wolpe.

According to the Independent, Kirby was picked by LeVar following an international cast search.

Kirby will join British actress Simona Brown, who appeared in the BBC drama The Casual Vacancy, and will play his prospective girlfriend.

Croydon-born Kirby, 27, previously appeared in films Offender and My Brother the Devil, as well as British TV shows Doctor Who, The Bill and Casualty.

He played Wayne Ladlow in Eastenders in 2014.

In a statement earlier this year LeVar, said: “My career began with Roots and I am proud to be a part of this new adaptation,” Burton said in the statement.

“There is a huge audience of contemporary young Americans who do not know the story of Roots or its importance.

“I believe now is the right time to tell this story so that we can all be reminded of its impact on our culture and identity.”

The eight-hour series will be screened on The History Channel in 2016.

A student at a Japanese University was arrested Thursday for allegedly cutting off a man's genitals. Ikki Kotsugai, 24, confronted a 42-year-old attorney at a Tokyo law office and began punching him in the face because he allegedly was having an affair with his wife.

After repeatedly clocking him in the face, Kotsugai, who is also a boxer, allegedly took garden sheers and cut off the nearly unconscious man's penis as an act of revenge, according to Japan Today.

Post-chopping (sorry), Kotsugai reportedly flushed the penis down the toilet. Police arrested the 24-year-old shortly after the attack, which took place at around 7:40 a.m. local time. A Tokyo police spokesman confirmed to media the body part in question was the attorney's penis.

Per local media, Kotsugai's wife clerked in the same office as the victim.

While getting your penis chopped off is probably one of the worst thing's that can happen to a man, at least he can live with the knowledge that there is a man in the world who was born without a penis and has slept with more than 100 women! Andrew Wardle, who was the subject of a one-hour documentary on Discovery Life Channel, opened up in the special about his experiences of telling the truth—or not—to women.

"I had only told about 20 percent of them the truth," said Wardle, per the New York Post. "It is difficult to explain to a new girlfriend. Once, I was punched in the face when I told a girl. I guess she felt like I had lied, but it's not something you can say right away."

Thanks to medical advancements in the field of sexual reassignment surgery, Wardle wants to have a fully functioning organ built. Hopefully both he and Kotsugai's victim are able to seek the proper treatment.

The mood was tense as the late Bobbi Kristina’s casket arrived at the St. James United Methodist Church in Atlanta where her funeral will be held.

According to reports, the tension between the Brown and Houston families is palpable and some drama is expected as the Browns’ suspect that the Houstons plan to steal Kristina’s casket.

Bobbi Kristina was the only child of Whitney Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown. She passed away in hospice care on the 26th of July, six months after she was found face-down and unconscious in a bathtub in her suburban Atlanta home.
