When you spend all day on Nairaland with your negative mindset , insulting everyone including the leaders and the land till it withheld its blessings from you and you fail to meet the right set of people who can teach you the right legitimate way to go about it, everything will remain hard for you nah.

There's a Korean proverb that if you see nail in every issue presented to you, instead of using your brain to solve it, you will be looking for hammer.

There's no where in the world where entrepreneurs find it easy so stop deceiving yourself. It's very very hard and that's why most people don't take the Entrepreneurial journey. Export business is particularly hard everywhere in the world!

The Founder of one of those 5 companies is a Nigerian like you, he did not even go to school like you! Yet, he started learning commodities traidng in his late teens and early 20s in the old western region then proceeded to farming and buying cocoa beans then exporting overseas, he is in his 80s 0r 90s today and still Chairman of the company. Behind his success is about 60 active years of intense hardwork and positive mindset. Today, one of his Children, who are very well educated, is the CEO of the company. The company he founded in his 20s is today the highest indigenous non oil forex earner. That's powerful. What then is your own excuse? Social media entertainment and cyberbullying addiction? Smh

Quit decieving yourself. Business is hard everywhere in the world and Nigeria is no exception.

Below is a short video of an American entrepreneur swearing in a court deposition and you can see him admit he has problems and how stressed he is. Entrepreneurship is for the bold and positive minded who are teachable too.

The richest Nigerians are based here.
There is a ceiling as to how much you can make working in your system over there. Here, no limits.

I bought a Renewable Energy company from someone who ran off to Canada. He was thinking like you and left his business to his thieving staff here. Got the list of his clients and gave them an offer they can never refuse.

Incidentally, Tinubu removed subsidy on petrol. Between June and today, I've made multiple times the previous annual turnover.

So, keep your 9-5 in your place but never ever tell down on those running businesses here. That is pure house slave behaviour.
What's the meaning of renewable energy company?
Do u mean those who sells solar panels, inverter etc?

Technology Market / Re: My Honest Review About Fibreone In 2022 by willian10: 8:20pm On Jan 25, 2023
deloon:
My experience with Fibreone is already disappointing even though I am yet to start using their service.

I paid the installation fee of 75k on the 9th of December with an agreement that the installation process will be completed within 2 weeks and most definitely before the yuletide. This payment was made after they had conducted a survey in home area to ensure they had coverage.
Almost 3 weeks later, no installation and absolutely no communication which prompted me to go to their office for enquiries where they apologised and explained they had a little issue with their contractors. I asked for a refund and they explained that their CEO will have to sign before a refund can be issued and begged that I should be a bit more patient. We eventually came to an agreement that the installation will be completed by the 8th of January.
I was patient until 18th of January even though there was no communication or signs of ongoing works because I understand they have to lay a fibre optic cable. I went to their office and they asked that I give them a week which elapsed today being 25th. As at today I haven't observed any excavation or laying of cables to my home, and no one has called me regarding the installation or even to apologise for the delays.

I'll be going to their office tomorrow to demand for a refund because I am no longer interested in their service. If they can be this unreliable now, I wonder how they will handle issues encountered during my use of their service.

Plus I got to discover that the installation and subscription charges in Abuja is way higher than other locations.
One pays 75k for installation and 17.5k for the monthly subscription of the basic plan in Abuja whereas those in Lagos pay approx. 45k for installation and 12k monthly for the basic plan. Those in Lagos get 16mbps while Abuja residents get 10mbps for the same plan even though they pay higher. I find this to be ridiculous.

I understand that they can be quite reliable in service delivery based on some of the reviews I've seen but I just can't deal with the way they've handled things with me so far.

One network tried this nonsense with me in 2021, I paid installation fee of about 150k cos they told me I need a very high frequency radio to get a good signal, I didn't have any option so I paid cos I can't continue with a limited internet provider data package.... paying 20K for 200gb on my Airtel router doesn't seem good for me cos I don't like be careful while using the internet.

The ISP came to my house and fixed the radio, unfortunately they couldn't get a SOS, I had to drag them and go to their office before I could get a refund, it took approx 2 months lol. The name of the ISP is I-World networks

their office is located in Femi Johnson Broking House, Dugbe, Ibadan

Actually I ordered 8 pieces. First one to test if it works then I ordered another 7 pieces after that.
I basically spent $185 plus shipping.
To answer your question, no the car is not my regular car. I have 3 cars so it's for special occasions and I have to admit, the octane booster helps a lot cos I can always feel the engine runs better with it. It's not about flaunting money, I'm just maintaining my cars. I'll spend any amount to keep my car in perfect condition cos at the end of the day when you're doing 140km/hr, your life is no longer yours, it belongs to your car and your car will never forget when you should have spent money on her and you didn't. Lol

Do you still use it?
