Tell ur relative in Australia to create an account with his info, he'll just have to change the shipping address to urs in Nigeria, I won't advise u to use VPN

Thanks bro. So what could be wrong with my transactions? Could it be thag it's because the card is an Australian card ordering for items to Nigeria , hence the red flag about the possibility of it being stolen? Each time I click appeal page, it brings error. I chatted with one of their Customer Care agents and he confirmed that they don't accept MasterCard debit. I'll take it as he doesn't know what he was saying.

Yes @bolded, it's very simple, tell the person with the card in Australia to create an account to buy it nd use ur naija address as the shipping address, better still create a new account with Australia VPN. Make sure the account is verified

The simple fact remains that the guy that sent the skrill is at fault, there was a time I wanted to sell skrill, the guy sent Naira to my account first, when I wanted to send skrill to him, I had a problem with my skrill account, I refunded his money, when I received mail from skrill that my account is OK, I contacted the guy after approx 3hrs, he said I shouldn't bother
