APC started the half salaries saga..what's the diff btw Aregbeola and Oyetola.... are both not governor of APC... Oyetola refused to pay... while Adeleke agreed to pay.

The economic circumstances oyetola operated under is different from the more robust and better macro adeleke is enjoying now.....the faac and igr figures alone tell the story.......oyetola took over a tanking osun state economy left behind by aregbe with so much huge debt.......it took his entire first 4 years to try to stabilise the states finances and clear the arrears of salaries and pensions.

Tinubu's economic reforms are really benefitting the current govs compared to those under buhari,this is really a vindication.

This is a brainless law and can't stand the test of time. All over the world, standard practice for agency fee is not less than 5%. Putting it at ridiculously low 2% will cause increase in rents and you can't have control over the cost the landlords decide to put their house because the market is autonomous and they work with prices of goods and services, in short inflation. You clamor for increase in minimum wage for workers to 1m naira per month even as law makers in the assembly wasting tax payers fund and you want agents to go home with paltry 2% shows that you should be ready for aviator kind of rent increment to complement.
its better to regulate them to their standard fees and not more or less the better

The question you should ask yourself is " why was most states at that time paying half salary to their workers? I hope you know that it was not only osun state that was paying half salary, some states weren't paying at all.

Oyetola paid full salaries throughout his 4 years in Government. Adeleke sacked over 1,000 teachers in government. The same Adeleke sacked health workers and civil servants too.

U forgot to add that those arrears were part of the APC govt-- Aregbesola his boss.

U forgot to add that those sacked were those employed by Oyetola, who deliberately rushed the recruitment of over 10,000 workers post-election to set financial "landmines" and destabilise the incoming government.

Surely osun people will turn out but nobody will allow over voting in Owode and Ede this time around like the cabal in the pressidency did for Adeleke in 2022 because that was how he won by about 20,000 votes then despite the disenfranchisement of voters in Oshogbo at the same time.

People have seen the best of Adeleke when he received five times (5×) the monthly allocation Oyetola received without any remarkable change in Osun State except in Ede, his native town.

Do you know that with Aregbesola full support of Adeleke in 2022 while Oyetola was governor Adeleke only won with about 20,000 votes more than Oyetola with questionable BVAS issues then even though that is water under the bridge but to say the Efcc freezing of the account is illegal is wrong, it is a legitimate action but timing is wrong because it pours cold water on the ongoing issue of harbouring a wanted criminal and voter register found with Adeleke chief of staff during the pice raid.

Adeleke knows he cannot win and that is why he is desperate to curry sympathy and he will get it from corrupt people who care less about public stealing, shobby project execution with the failed flyovers, inflated project contracts and local government suppression by Adeleke.

The last elections he won with about 20,000 votes so he knows how close that is if his performance is added to the equation. With broken flyover and roads less than 2 months after building them is not fake but open for all to see.
