Your passport should not be below 6 months to expire. Anything below sir month to the expire date

Well, to change from a fresher to a transfer international student, means, you will loss this admission. And reapply as a transfer student. Just continue with this. But prepare very well to defend yourself with VO, why your leaving your study here in Nigeria to US.

I got admitted as a Freshman into a U.S University and was offered a scholarship. I'm currently a student here in Nigeria and would like to know if it's' advisable to ask the U.S University if I can send my current transcript here to them so that I can be considered as a transfer student instead of a freshman or I should just resume as a Freshman.

You can't pay from here. And also, you can only pay when you get your i20 form. The i20 will contain your school sevie ID Number

My advice with you is to go to YouTube and watch how to answer F1 interview questions. And from your answer, it seems you did not do any pre- interview mock. The VO wants to help you, but you keep on giving a short answer. You cause your denial. The VO didn't get your story.

Where you book your flight and take off doesn't matter. But Lagos is the main takeoff for almost all international flight
