Internet is really a different world where people live life different from what they are in real life. Reading thru the thread, i see girls claiming "i never dated a short guy", "i prefer a taller guy", "i cant date a short guy" and all bla bla bla etc but i've never met a short guy complaining of not having a girlfriend simply becus he's short. So why are we deceiving ourselves here? At times, a tall guy stands at one corner just to be admiring the kind of girl a short dude is crooving around and here no girl seems to want to date/have dated/will ever date a short guy. So who are the girls dying for the short dudes and craving so graciously to dine and wine with that short dude then? Smh! Hypocrites wont make heaven. Even with my almost 6ft, have i ever used it to collect money from the bank just because i am tall? Same happen to other tall and taller guys!

Try to know the truth before wagging your tongue like an assacian dog...Islam came during the period of if Idol worshippers..They tried stopping Muahammad(saw) from practising Islam..They tried killing him..They persecuted him...They stopped and prevent people from practising Islam...All these persecutions happened for 13 years without a word from Muslims as at that time untill the verse for jihad was revealed to Muhammad to fight them back in other to protect yourself and your properties...it says..."Do not fight them,but if they fight you,fight them back and protect yourself..don't touch women and children..if they want peace,give them peace"

The above verse on jihad was against the pagans who were fighting Muslims...

You should know that Muhammad lived peacefully with Makkan xtians and Jews...IN FACT Muhammad sent his Muslims brothers to a xtian king in abysinia now Ethiopia who received them and accepted them.

Don't judge Islam by what some people do..every religion has it's own blackship...

Would you blame xtians just because the Lord resistance army killed non xtians in their country?or will you blame xtianity just because hitler gassed 6m Jews?

They are not Muslims by heart,but they claim they are..

They bring bad name to Muslims but it's the reasonable that will realize this,otherwise most will always abuse and say this is Islam..

Ambrose was also careless with the ball. He should have pulled down Ranthe after he losses the ball and collected a yellow card. Also, Onazi going forward every time was also a problem. Mikel again shone like a million stars.

I am not convinced with Enyeama's keeping for the second goal. He pulled out, instead of going for the ball.

This soldier is a Northerner, he died fighting for his country against Boko Haram the same way several Northerners who make up the CivilianJTF died while fighting against Boko Haram.

Many Northern Islamic cleric have been killed because they preached /spoke against Boko Haram e.g Ibrahim Birkuti, Liman Bana, Sheikh Adam Albani etc.

The Northerners have been the worst affected by Boko Harams terror yet some people still wrongly and ignorantly accuse them of being Boko Haram supporters. Its high time we see this war against Boko as a Nigerian problem and not Northern problem alone.

am not a cultist.but ostracising them wouldn't get them to their right sense neither would wishing them death.after all we are all living because of Gods grace not by our righteousness.you might not be guilty of cultism but ,you might be of adultery/fornication,bribery,lies et cetra.i think it high time does of us who think they lack moral decadence starts to win over the erring multitude by means of patient constructive reasoning not by ushering conditional preachings eg(repent or die) on nairaland

Oduduwaboy: My friend finally has a baby via IVF (in-vitro fertilization) after 10 years of church wedding.
There is no kind of fasting & prayers he did not partake in. He gave all sorts of offerings, tithes etc He climbed all the mountains in faith. Nothing. Then he got tired at age 38 and wife was 36 years of age. He started attending an assisted reproduction technique clinic and within 2 years finally got the 'fruit of the womb' .
He now believes that left to 'jehovah' he will still be waiting and perhaps never have a child ( he used donor eggs). The wife named the child Oluwaseyi but my friend was not quite happy with that name; understandably i guess. So my friend has been asking me ' How do you bring up a child without a god to fear or how do you appoint a god for a child to worship when obviously no god was of help in 'procuring' him? He his slowly losing religion but can not yet label himself.
Dearest, loving, sweet nairalanders i come to you with an open heart, which god do you think deserves the worship of my friends baby when he eventually comes of age?
