OP, you need to keep detailed records of your expenses. You can download an expense tracker (I use daily expenses 3) and input all income & expenses. D army doesnt condone indiscipline or ill tratment of civilians but it doesnt mean dat civilians should also cross d lines cos i very much doubt d authenticity of dat story. No sane soldier would after refusing to pay a harmless poor bike rider for services rendered still descend on him and inflict injury on him. There has to be anoda side to d story.
