In 2011, In the whole North (NC,NW and NE) Buhari was only leading Jonathan with about 3.3million vote. In the south west, Jonathan was leading Buhari with 2.4million votes. This means if we cancel all the elections from south east, Jonathan would have still won 2011 elections.
