i just answered your email now and you can check your email. You can always go to ABUJA and authenticate your result at ministry of education yourself at the time you want to apply for VISA. it is not a MILITANT WAR is so simple simple and simple and you can do that within 2hrs if no queue.

the 79 on the university websites is just the MINIMUM requirement , so to stand a god chance you will need to study further and maybe go for extra classes to earn MORE THAN 79 cos you will be competing with student wit scores like 90 or more. wish you luck!

There are alot of things you might not find on websites but i will personally advise you to apply to EMU for alot of reasons and if you are have good grades surely you will have 50% scholarship from EMU to ease your xpenses. Already this year admission is closed and another application will be open so soon for Feb entry so you can send me your result and transcript ONLY if you are ready. Mind you if you want to study in CIU you can check the school websites for details as well. www.emu.edu.tr , www.ciu.edu.tr

Thank God. If you are going to study in EMU. since you are a Nigerian , you won need to write the proficiency exams cos ENGLISH is Nigeria official Language. so dont worry about that. safe trip wen you travel.

I felt so bad the wat CIU school did to you.
SIthanda arrive CIU around 1 am this morn from Nigeria, buh he cant find anybody in CIU to lodge him, he called me  even though i was fast asleep buh i called CIU to help him nobody pik the calls, CIU should atleast try and be okay to new students. sorry Sithanda.

At port of entry in NC they wont Chek your cash in NC,  it is ONLY in SC that states minimum of 1600euros at entry. but pls be careful of those immigration ppl at airport in LAGOS they sometimes tend to ask for bribe especially from FIRST TIMER.

Pls about accommodation in CIU area i dont know but i can only say is a bit expensive compared to EMU area since CIU is closer to the capital city of NC. so wen you arrive you can ask your fellow CIU students but at least just have like 2000USD pa year irrespective of location this will help first but not exact fee but with this u can find a place anyway. YOU PAY WHEN YOU SEE YOUR LANDLORD and he determines full payment OR installment.

the registration starts as discussed above but if you have your school fees you can still meet this year entry or you can wait for another spring entry in Feb 2011.

Registration starts 15th to 17th regular registration but can be extended and lecture commences around 20th. you can still make the regustration even around 20th upward cos they also give room for late visa approval.

ACCOMMODATION: you need one MAN room hmmmmmm just come with plenty dollars . you can get one MAN room at AKDENIZ DORM for 1year at 5200USD very nice facilities and at HASSAN UZOK at 6500USD with temptin facilities pa year, at DAU 3 you cant get at 3000USD pa year single room. the higher the occupants the lesser the money remember. the cheapest is room of 4 which is 1400USD pa head for 1year.

yeah all is fine and thank God all went well. dont bother about disturbing me, i am here to guide, assist and direct pple in order to make things a bit easier.
About flight, emirate is nice but maybe more expensive than Turkish airline, so you either go for emirate or turkish airline, i may not advise you guys to come tru Egypt line as a first timer and if you must come by Egypt line since is cheaper then be careful of those Egyptian police at Cairo( i mean something ).

Accommodation will actually be based on your pocket size but i will advise atleast 1 year at skool dorm first b4 you decide to move off campus, cos at skool dorm you have varities of facilities like TV, internet, bathroom, fridge etc which is part of your accommodation fees you will pay and one of the cheapest is 1500USD/yr for room of 4. BUT off campus you will need to pay for utility bills and might be a bit far from skool. Dont worry on arrival you will have atleast 1 or 2weeks accommodation arranged 4u for free for you to decide where to choose but try have atleast the minimum fees of 1500USD and you can be allow to pay installment. you can chek available dorm and fees at this site http://dormitories.emu.edu.tr/. try to send your flight details after you book atleast 3days b4 arrival to the international center or to me so as to arrange airport-pik up service 4u. i will send you the airport pik up form to fill. yeah you can still meet up the EMU admission for September entry since reg starts around 20th sept 2010 for fall entry. About your friend GMAT, it has about 3 different parts: the verbal, quatitative and essay part. both V and Q result can be obtained imedtly the student finished the exam and the officail score with the essay part will be out within 2weeks after writen the exams. so if he has 370 TOTAl it means V plus Q and remain the essay result and this is a very POOR result anyway. like in Turkey universities a candidate must have atleast 550 in the Q part . goodluk anyway!

yeah emirate is very nice you can go for it. it stops at Istanbul. just book ur flight down to NC wit emirate if u gat the cash. yeah fill your airport PICK -UP form ask the CIU to send you dat and send ur flight bookin details to them atleast 3days b ur arrival. if you want to stay in the skool dorm you can also book accomodation wit the international center in CIU but if u want to stay offcamp then on ur arrival ur skool will give you some free days at the hostel to search or decide on ur accommodation stuffs. safe trip!

take your time to prepare nothing to rush for, pls be aware that winter will soon start at Cyprus try to get some warm cloth to shield you from cold. try buy some stationeries from Nigeria and if possible some naija food stuffs, dont forget bathroom slippers as well and your clippers. wish you luk. you can book 1 way ticket no qualms and if u want 2ways then is possible for you to get refund from the airline as well .

Are you Adedoyin? if yes we sent your confirmation letter to the embassy on 26th august for you visa and you number is 45 on the list of emu rep going to the embassy. pls confirm these so that i can work on your scholarship asap,also kindly chek the links above for the Visa form and if you cant et it surely at embassy you will get a copy from your friend.
