First you have to chek the website of saskatchewan university and go staright to the intended deptment and look for supervisors and ask them on whatever you need to know, they are open and will surely reply you. You have to have some areas of research interests and chek it out in the dept. UNisasks minimum requiremnts for Nigerian is 2.1 thats is 3.5/5 CGPA and the fees is 3090CAD pa year to be paid in 3 instalments and you have about 16,000CAD Master research fund yearly to support your expenses.

I dont know your grades, so i wont know if you can be accepted but the minimum anyway is 2.1 at unisask but MUN can take 2.2 anyway if is calculated to be C grade in canadian scale. chek North cyprus thread here , you will find my contact.

then just email or go to canadian embassy in Greece and ask about you travelling for your program in canada , since they have embassy there or you can just enter Izmir from greece and come and apply, at turkey you dont have problem and since is izmir is close to Greece just come over if Greece saiid NO which i doubt.

If truly you are geniune applicant then why should sweet tour processed Turkish visa for you?? TURKISH EMBASSY is located in No 5 amazone street Maitam Abuja and single entry visa for study related and tourisim cost 9000NAira ONLY. the procedure is on thier website and present your documents to the embassy is just within 2days to obtain your visa if your documents have bin collected, if you ar goin going for study which i doubt your visa is atleast 955 assured from success so far but i am not sayin is guranteed cos i am not the visa officer. Also TURKISh embassy do not appoint anybody to process Turkish Visa on their behalf cos you have to submit your documents and do interview yourself. if you are real like i said early cos most pple here are not real they hav about 700 ID ==s and they will use one to post a topic and use another ID to ask question to make it look real, what are you are going to do in turkey?

i never knew it is possible to apply to a school from a country other than country of origin.
Like i am from Nigeria,so it is possible to apply from somewhere like Greece or Norway? Europe to be precise.

Life generrally is cool over there if you really want it cool yourself, is all about your lifestyle. first i hav not lived for years in canada or saskatchewan , i only hav 1year livin experience over there after i was admitted for my Phd at sask uni, so my research work return me back to turkey and north cyprus after which i shall return back to continue my resaerch nxt yr in saska, i am on a research contract in turkey and EMU which is part of my Phd work. my one yr experience in saskatchewn was okay and i do visit enuf time was there few weeks back. The largest city there is saskatoon where you hav sask uni and that is where most pple live and the capital of saskatchewn is Regina where u hav regina uni. sask has alot of natural resources. farms although the oil industry is larger. Only Alberta exceeds the province in overall oil production. there are alot of job oppurtinities in saska and they hav difrent imigration packages.

I know the school you were refering to , but i will like to tell you that , that school can only offer diploma programs cos is like a apprentice training school where you either add to your degree or learn some trades. it is a nice school. also if you are considering sept entry 2010 , i tink is beter for you to apply now cos is like in Nigeria canadian visa takes upto 4months or so, i hav not applied to canadian visa from Nigeria b4 so i dont know Nigeria procedure for dat it takes less dan 2months in turkey.

There are alot of university that will offer you scholarships in canada with your class of degree, naturaly most universities in canada do offer grad assitanship to admitted graduate students irrespective of status, for example Memorial offer 18,000CND to admitted master student yearly as master funding which will take care of your living expenses and you hav to do some form of work back to do school like graduate teaching service or research work etc. Also saskatchewn uni etc , just chek braintrack and chek skools in canada that offers your propose master program and email them wat you feel you want to know. you nid to do the search yourself that makes you a better researcher you dont expect anybody to search for you, after you search and talk with the school then come up with any questions for pple living there to contribute. google, braintrack, bing, mama, etc are all search engines to chek wat ever u want online. dont let pple define your destiny do that yourself.

All skools in SC requires you to pay 3200euros minimum fees to the skool befor your documents are being sent to ministry for approval, American college seems cheaper if you pay for one year there is 50% discount on second semester fee which makes the fees for 1yr 4350euros instead of 6400euros. but EUC do not offer such.

SC is cool but even u are travellin to London or US i cant say you will get a job within one month cos the jobs are not own bt my parents or me. One thing you nid to know is that most of these european countries major probs is lang barrier so many a times if u cant speak the lang you might find it difficult to get a job. In SC most pple speak GREEK and most easy available jobs around might require u to speak some greek lang which i dont know if u can. Also in SC they hav rules that allows you to seek for emplyment after 6months you registerd at ur skool although some naija and oda pple dont obey dis rule. another thing is that the sure banker job in SC is hotel and tourism dept cos SC is a tourist zone, so hotle jobs plenty expecially durin summer.

first the South cyprus imigration rules states minimum of 1600euros to show cash at point of entry which is larnaka. which one is european college? i dont know that skool or u meant European university of cyprus? if your ans is yes i dont tink wit ur financial level it okay for you cos EUc is one of the most exepnsiv uni in SC but if u can afford that , EUC is a very good skool and fully equipped and beautiful.

i have not bin to IRELAND b4 so i might not able to speak much about such low fees skool but i do know that iRELANd also have imigration rules for intl students , that you must deposit certain amount of money into the skool acount b4 u go for your visa i tink around 6000euros and if your skool fees is lower , the remainin will be for ur oda expenses.

I am not supportin the poster wen he said he has lang barrier but it it very very possible. Since english is not the official lang in Norway alot of pple might not speak it. even in Nigeria i have found myself in a town in Zamfara state , MARU (a town inside MARU LG)to be precise where english is the major probs and for weeks many pple cant communicate cos they only speak their lang.

it is possible for the poster to travel to one city also in norway where they do not speak english. so you guys supposed to ask him where in Norway not saying you dont beliv him is possible. to buttress my point i have travelled to Lånke and Hegra in Norway 85% cant speak english even 15% that speaks was just a sorry case.

i will suggest Belgium cos of its location and many other stuffs ,fees for governemnet skools is 500euros and you can find enuf skools in both Ghent and atwerp that instruct undergrad in english NECO and WAEC are acceptable. also leuven have enuf english undergrad. google out things Braintrack might not really help but u can chek this study in Flanders for more. the procedure is a bit hard but when your cousin follow up stand better chance.

Are you a Nigerian or is english your official language? if not you need to write TOEFL or IELTS cos is like you dont understand english very well, so you need to improve your english to study in canada.
It is written on MUN website that Transcripts should be submitted my MAIL not EMAIL pls recheck, MAIL is diffrent from Email. Official Transcripts means your Transcripts should be attested by the governing council of your former University either the registrar or senior authority assigned to sign and stamp transcripts, it should be sealed and signed. I do not send her documents but i submitted it bymyself at the grad office, BUt almost all Universities in canada have the same application procedures and i am not sure and do not belive MUN application procedure is tediuos cos another friend of my sent his application from NC for his PHd within weeks he got supervisor and they sent him offer pakage with financial pakage of 22, 000CAD pa year. so letter of apparaisal is same like form where your refree will sign and fill thier details. your transcripts must be official and she does not need any english proof cos she studied in Nigeria where english is the medium of instruction. just pack all the required docs in an envelop and pay the aplication fees, as soon as they reciv your application you shall be notify.

PHILIPPINES what a beautiful country, ohh i missed Manila and Cebu, Poster am sure you just felt like talking is not as if you have anything in your brain to say really. In many aspect you cant compare philipines to naija. the land of sky scrappers, constant and stable elctricity etc , ordinary chewing stick our government officials in naija import it from abroad. Almost all of them do visit these countries but they will go back to naija to dey share money. their universities are very standard and english bin medium of instruction is another advantage of studying over there with very minimal living expenses and affordable fees, good medical colleges, is a nice country, but pls pls don near drugs ooooo

the fees depends on your chosen faculty which ranges from 3350 to 4100USd pa semesters without scholarships but EMU has entry scholarships whereby student can have btwn 25 to 100% scholarships depending on your grades in WAEC or NECO. and they do offer studentships to some seriuos students after there first semesters and you earn minimum of 3.00 GP , so can apply for studentship and this might be inform work on campus and some reciv like 400 to 1200tl monthly dependin also if is full studentship or part time. for master students you can apply for Grad assistship after your first semester and with that you dont pay skool fees again and you reciv some salaries as well. these are the advantages of EMU.

So after you reciv your adm letter, your fees is quoted o the letter and after making such payment to the skool, u shall reciv confirmation to get ur visa. so you pay either 3350 or 4100USD.

IT MUST BE CASH not CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD or any card. oyinbo like CASH no be card. you must show them CASH it is South cyprus immigration rules. and ensure that wen you are trsnferring your tuition fees it should not be less dan 3200Euros as minimum if not, put transfer bank charges into consideration.

Nicosia is in south cyprus. Univ of cyprus is large and beautiful and nice. the Minimum you pay to any university in south cyprus is 3200euros b4 you get your visa and you must hav minmum of 1600euros with you cash on arrival to show immigration if not,
it is American college that offers 50% discount on second semester if you can pay full fees.

first if realy you are planing to study in Cyprus, i think is better for you to read this thread well and correct and ask questions specific to you. pls re-read the Discount portion well and quote the real fees as given in that chapter.
secondly, the names of each universities in both north and south cyprus are given to you, as a real student and at this electronic age, you should google out the skools and chek out the info on each skools website. anythin u are not clear then u can ask those living there, you dont need to come and ask if something is real or not, i am not a gambler so i give info at is obtained. after you read yourself on thier web , then am sure you will know your right from your left. chek each skool and compare prices, then you will know which is cheaper. am not sure you are stable cos you asked for june entry and later you askin for sept entry , pls be specific.
Also i hav asked you questions to help contributors determin wat you nid and the kind of info given to you, but you do not reply and expect me to just be typing nonsense here, i am not a wizard , how will i know the course you want to study and how much you can afford etc all those questions asked ealier. if you are ready do your homework.

I am PHd student with saskatchewan Uni in saskatoon canada, but presently on Research contract with TECKNOPAK and EMU in Turkey on Breast cancers, my contract ends next year and i will be fully in saskastoon after that.

first you need to let us know what you want to study, how much you can afford, when are you planing to come, what you expect out there. it is wen pple get this info then they will know how to help you with info. what if CIU is affordable and your course of study is not available there? so drope exactly wat you want and what you have gotten as certificates. in North Cyprus you can find universities like Eastern Mediterranean University, Near East university, Ameriacan university Girne, Cyprus international university, European university of lefke. In South Cyprus you can find American College, European University of cyprus, Fredrick university, Nicosia University etc so you can google them and let us know which you like and i can give or we can give you advise. i will let you know which is good interms of facilities and quality and how you can save money. just google google google those skools. then as things goes update us.
