A slender teenager got stuck when she tripped while texting and got her entire leg wedged in a storm drain.

The girl, who has not been named, was focused on her mobile phone walking down the street in Mianyang City, in southwest China’s Sichuan Province.

While she was busy texting a friend, she took her eye off the pavement and when she stepped on a drain, her slim leg went straight through the bars – wedging her left foot tightly.

Although passers-by stopped to help, she was completely stuck until someone called the fire brigade.

They eventually freed her after a 45-minute wait…

Oh dear, a bride in Anambra State has dumped
the man she is supposed to marry on their
wedding day because she says she is a graduate
and he is nothing but a school dropout. But the
shocker is this; the said groom was the one who
sponsored her through school. Also find out how
she broke the news to him after the cut. Report

A final student of Federal Polytechnic, Oko in
Anambra State, southeast Nigeria, did the
unthinkable when she snubbed her groom on her
wedding day and called off the wedding already
arranged by the two families.
The wedding was to take place on Saturday, 3
January, 2015 and guests invited to witness the
ceremony at St Patrick Catholic Church, Umuchu
in Aguata Local government, Anambra State, were
shocked when Ifunanya Igwebuike refused to
show up to tie the knot with Ekene Uzoigwe.
After several hours of waiting, she later sent a
message to the Parish Priest, Rev. Father
Lawrence Maduagwu, that she was no longer
interested and asked him to cancel the wedding.
Ifunanya alleged that she could not go ahead with
the marriage because she was a graduate unlike
Uzoigwe whom she claimed was a school drop-
out.
Rev. Maduagwu had no option than to inform the
groom and the guests that were already seated at
the church hall that the wedding had been
cancelled.
This caused an uproar in the church as guests
who expressed shock over what happened
started trooping out of the church.
Narrating what happened, Uzoigwe said he
proposed to Ifunanya for marriage and she
agreed on condition that he would send her to
school, which he agreed.
He said after she gained admission, he was
financing her education and they agreed to wed
during her final year.
He said he had paid her bride price and she was
part of the whole wedding plan and he even gave
her parents N160,000 to prepare for the wedding,
besides other arrangements and expenses
incurred on the wedding and reception.
Uzoigwe said she did not inform him about her
decision to back out of the wedding until he got to
the church only for the priest to inform him and
the guests about the cancellation of the wedding.
“If she had informed me, I would not have made
arrangements. We had already cooked food and
bought drinks for the wedding,” he said.
He said when he contacted her parents, they said
they would not force her and asked him to come
and take back the money he gave them to
prepare for the wedding.
Uzoigwe said he was still shocked about what
happened because he did not quarrel with
Ifunanya before the fateful day.
He said he also made sure she was comfortable
by making money available to her while in school.
Uzoigwe is a business man based in Abakiliki, the
Ebonyi State capital. He met Ifunanya at their
home town, Umuchu, where he proposed and
sent her to school.

This is a real story of a young
Ex-Unilag girl
who passed away last month.
Her name is Lola. She was hit
by a car at Oyingbo on her way to work at Apapa.

shocked. A day later which
was Lola's birthday, Emeka
came to their house with gifts
but was so shocked to receive
the news. He couldn't believe because he still

picked it and they were chatting. They called the

and when he came and prayed

A 27-year-old Las Vegas woman, Sophia Parker who has been in an incestuous relationship with her half brother, Edmund Bobby, and even got had a baby for him, has told a court that she loves Bobby.

Parker has even put up her baby for adoption so she can continue sleeping with her brother.

According to reports, Parker reached out to 30-year-old Bobby when he was in prison after serving time for a drug possession charge.

When he was released from prison, Parker moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, from Hawaii, where she was raised by adoptive parents.

The siblings, who share the same mother, began a sexual relationship resulting in the baby she had for him. But that was when Bobby changed from being a nice brother cum lover as he became violent and forced his sister to work as a prostitute to pay their bills, and he would often beat her; but she still says she loves him.

Parker realized that it was not a good environment for their baby, so she gave their daughter up for adoption so she can continue her romantic relationship with her brother.

Bobby was finally arrested for abusing his sister after he severely beat her, which caused her to be hospitalized with broken ribs, nose and eye socket.

He was sentenced to 16 years to life in prison without the possibility of parole after accepting a plea agreement in which he pleaded guilty to two counts of kidnapping.

When Las Vegas District Judge Douglas Herndon asked Bobby if he had anything to say before sentencing, he turned to his sister and said:

“I love you.”

The judge in turn retorted:

“If you love this woman, you sure have a funny way of showing it.”

A cyclist was removed from a nude ride in Kent after getting ‘overexcited and aroused’.

Witnesses say police led the man away after stunned participants noticed as they de-robed at the start of the World Naked Bike Ride.

‘I heard gasps and I turned around – it was a horrible sight,’ one witness is quoted as saying on the Cambridge News.

‘It’s fair to say he was overexcited and got aroused. It looked like he was enjoying the event a bit too much.

‘One of the organisers went over to him and told him to put his trousers on while speaking on a walkie-talkie to police.

‘The man looked sheepish when he was spoken to by the police.’

In a response to complaints posted on Facebook, ride organiser Barry Freeman said: ‘We do not accept this behaviour and he was dealt with and removed before the ride started.’
