Rextab: lets get this straight,installing software doesnt stop OTA. Wateva software u install wether from crosat or middle east as long as the OTA on ur box is enabled it ll upgrade.
THE ONLY WORKING SOLUTION IS BY DELETING THE MYTV TP'S COZ THATS THE FREQ USED TO TRASMIT OTA, SO IF U DELETE THEM IT WILL FAIL TO DOWNLOAD EVRY TIME U SWITCH UR BOX ON.
THEN AVOID UNNESSARY AUTO & blind scan becoz it brings the MYTV freq back.copy that!

what do we do with Astra 2F update? which tp do we delete?

sat01: You will need two satellite dish of 60cm or 90cm. The first dish will be directed to your choice satellite, may be starone C2 or which ever satellite your pay per view tv channels provider are using in your area. The second sat. Will be pointing to Hispassat or maxsat. You will open your secret code function on your receptor...example AZbox bravissimo is using 777. Then you will see option SDS switched off, change it to on. Click apply and exit. (Make sure you latest upgrade on your receptor before any installation) the channels will start to turn red from plain or white form. Lock key $ will be there but all stations turned red is opened. If you need more channels get the TP from Lyngsat.com and add it to your receiptor. I hope this can help

FREE ADVICE TO CARDSHARING ENTHUSIASTS.

Cardsharing is a very risky and unpredictable venture. People are told they will watch Dstv, canalsat, etc for FREE. In a true sense it is never FREE. You need money to buy
1- a cardsharing capable receiver
2- router
3- internet dongle (in some cases)
4- internet bundle
5- server access
When going into cardsharing NOBODY should cheat you that their server cannot be stopped. Service providers like DSTV, Canalsat, MYtv, etc are all working hard to bring in counter measures for this kind of piracy. Those that are into this know what exactly I mean. Recently DSTV on 36'e went blank on ALL pirated gadgets for some weeks, a clear sign that they are working on it. Even right now some gadgets have never returned. Right now evidence shows that work is still going on to bring back the blackout.
The commonest protocol out there is cccam. Some people in other forums started peddling a 'new' protocol called NASSCAM claiming it is the best and unstoppable. The results are out there, DANGEROUS!
Since this is a new phenomenon to most of you, you are taken in by events. The best you can do is to befriend someone who knows this and get good advice from them. Avoid impulse buying and consult widely. Avoid those that want to sell you their service bundled with their own receiver. If their service dies you will end up with an obsolete receiver. Choose a common FTA receiver and buy a short term account, you never know what tomorrow brings.. Above all, remember that this is ILLEGAL no matter how one tries to make it look.

toba: Are u new to the satellite TV technology system? Anyway. U can get the listed channels on Ew3c. Check lygnsat for the map and coverage/footprint.

You need Mpeg4 receiver and any kind of ku band Lnbf will help u. MBC is not on the same satellite with stv2, RTS. Mbc3 is on ew3a, whilst Tv3, Gtv, are both on the Multitv package

About two weeks ago Arryadia didnt show midweek epl matches,did d heavens fall, was d info invalid or not true ?. Mbc3 advertised schalke vs leverkuson match but showed india film instead ystaday.
Subsequently b4 ystaday, i noticed zimbo shows italian league & lcf shows bundesliga.
Lcf showed schalke vs leverkuson match ystaday @ 6:30pm,while zimbo didnt. I only told u to look out for it & dats y i didnt specify d matches.
So all these while ONLY pidzo gives correct details, dats good.......
If i have posted over 60 posts here & 1 happens not to fall through completely,does dat now rubbished all d geniune n true posts, i leave dat for u all to judge.

Oga Pofolo don't move out. We all know your good work. The people asked for Pidzo because he gives a very wide look at the games to be shown. Looking at his last post above he has told us about Budesliga, Scottish league, Asia Qualifiers and many more. It's not that people don't want your contributions. I remember Pidzo used to write in his earlier posts that 'Although we try our best to ensure all fixtures are accurate, broadcasters can and will change them without notice, errors will occur from time to time. Updates, if any, will follow.'. So it's not what you think that people don't trust you.
