Most probably yes... Someone also reported same type of phishing at NP, which didnt come from godaddy ; though it seems a new phishing method.
People should just be very careful,cos there is little to nothing godaddy can/will do to help one recover any domain stolen.

The email from the sender is donotreply@sec.godaddy.com and the link it's asking me to click is of the form- https://mya.godaddy dot com/...........

This is definitely a phishing work. I've deleted the mail sharpaly. Thanks guys.

You guys shld ensure that where your domains are domiciled is well secured with a strong password. A strong password shld have a combination of capital letter(s), small letter(s), number(s) or symbols. Godaddy sent me an email yesterday saying somebody from the with a US IP tried to log into my account unsuccessfully. They stated the IP and I checked it and saw that it was a Mexican IP.

As a learner, u shld have reg. A few names first. Try sedo, bido and bodis for selling. Just register in these places and list your domains for sale in their market places.

Irrespective of what the pros do or say, different tins work for different pros. Find out what works for u and specialize there. Domaining is not really one size fits all.

One way to do a good self appraisal of your exact match keywords domain is to multiply the average monthly searches by the Google PPC. E.g 3500 monthly searches and $1.08 PPC will give 3500*1.08 = $3780. For .com domains only. The .net domain is 25% of the .com value.

shawnmayour: Let me add that you should use google keyword planner to analyse a domain before your purchase it. it gives you leverage over a potential buyer and its good parking. for example i own StocktonEscort dot com. it has 1000 searches from the US alone. i think thats good enough for a domain. ChicagoEscort dot com is owned by a friend and it has over 8000 searches and he is not ready to sell yet. He is currently leasing it at $300 a month tell me if thats not a domain

Lol... Do you know what the seller did to make that sale? I am of the school of thought that don't make your domain sales more difficult than they currently are because some of such sales are like 1 in 100 even though weekly domain sales reports aren't good meter to gauge the probability of successes with such sale.

When CloudGuru.com will be reported or (not reported cos it is a private sale) some folks may think that it just happened without considering what happened behind the seen to initiate such sale.
