Politics / "Sahara Reporters Don Campaign For Me?" Mr Jollof Shades Sowore by WizPrince1(m): 10:04am On Dec 21, 2018
'Sahara Reporters Don Campaign For Me?' Mr Jollof Faces Serious Backlash over Post of Youths being Problems

The popular Social Media Influencer and AAC candidate representing Warri Federal Constituency faces serious backlash comments which also made him indirectly shade Omoyele Sowore's Sahara Reporters.

In the Instagram video he posted, he lamented about youths not supporting the political movement despite the 'Not Too Young To Rule' bill. He said everything comes along with money and that he's a scapegoat for the incoming candidates to learn from.

Fans didn't take the post to be friendly as they threw earth-shaking comments on why he had the guts to say such a thing. Reports gathered by Primetweets showed that the AAC candidate representing Warri Federal Constituency was busy replying all the terrible comments with direct shades relating to him not campaigning for Omoyele Sowore who is AAC's Presidential candidate.

The controversial Social Media personality asked the followers if Sahara Reporters ever campaigned for him. While some followers were saying he should listen to them if he wants to be a good leader, he kept on saying the opposite (you know what I mean). Some even told him to either choose between his Political ambition or Entertainment. Below are screenshots of the Instagram post and comments!

Celebrities / Mr Jollof Registers “everywhere Stew” As A Business On CAC by WizPrince1(m): 12:18pm On Nov 09, 2018

Popular Nigerian Talk sensation, Mr Jollof who is the originator of the trending “Everywhere Stew” has officially registered the name as a business on the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). This happened immediately after Tiwa Savage declared she and Wizkid to be President and Vice President of ‘Stew’ without giving credits to Mr Jollof who’s the original owner of the waiving phrase. He even had to jokingly caution them in a video he made and we thought that was all.

The news was made known today when he shared the photo of the certificate on his Instagram page and of course fans reacted to it as usual. I decided to share it with you on Primetweets to also react to it. Checkout the photos below!

It pains me so much that we have a President who can't stand against core corrupt practices. Our leaders should grow beyond party struggle and do what's ideal and important. People should be able to decide their leader without party influences. We needed free and fair election, we got the opposite. The importance of our PVC now is just for online verifications and nothing more because it's not working out as expected. Buhari is a curse not because he's an APC member, but because he can't act like a leader.

Celebrities / Why It’s Hard For Yemi Alade To Release Another Hit Song by WizPrince1(m): 9:14am On Aug 08, 2018

Yemi Alade used to be that singer that we cherish so much in terms of interesting dance songs, but these days, it’s hard to find her in the charts and we might have a clue about why it’s so.

The female Nigerian artist who came to spotlight with her hit Song, ‘Johnny’, is trying her best to get back to position but things are not really working out for her. You know that feeling you get when you’ve planned well for something and it ends up being something of disappointment. All things considered, that’s what she could be facing in the wake of taking a shot at tunes that later didn’t work out.

I’ve examined her and her developments so many times and I can state Yemi could be doing a few things wrong and that’s what I need to quickly discuss with you all on Primetweets below, so you can have a thought regarding my musings also.

Reasons Why It’s Hard for Yemi Alade to Release a Hit Song

1. Yemi Alade Tours Too Much

Sometimes, as an artist (Nigerian), you have to sit and consider (think about) your profession and years you’ll remain significant and furthermore the present pattern in your hood because your people made you your identity and you have to continue feeding them.

Between 2017 and 2018, if she’s not in Kenya, she’s in Namibia or Tanzania and after that, chill in Europe. Yemi has been hellbent on touring round Nations, with how many hit songs sef? undecided Even when knowing she still have works to do as she was gradually loosing it.

We have artists in Nigeria that have buckled down abroad, yet they needed to return home since they realize that Nigeria is behind their prosperity. Take a look at Davido, Tiwa Savage and others that does tours outside but still endeavor to remain pertinent in Nigeria, even Wizkid began doing home music when he saw that it is Nigeria that needs him more. That was the case of Sarkodie of Ghana. Same thing Olamide, Phyno and Reminisce saw that influenced them to choose to stay ‘local rappers’ nevertheless, that doesn’t mean they can’t do coordinated effort outside.

My Sister, even 2face that sang 'African Queen' that gained remote acknowledgments’ is as yet significant today. As of now, his song, ‘Amaka’ is in top 5 in Nigerian music charts, but he always does things well. Just try and drop something amazing so we don’t forget about you easily.

2. She Doesn’t Follow Trends

It’s dismal to see Yemi Alade who is clearly a Singer and Dancer not following the Shaku Shaku trend. Following current pattern is common everywhere, even in the States. By and by, Yemi could have appeared better in the Shaku Shaku style as it’d be less demanding for her being a decent Dancer. If Tiwa Savage could hop on it and do well, why can’t you give it a try?

3. Yemi Alade Doesn’t Work With The Right People

Always, you ought to have an unmistakable reason you’re teaming up with different artists. Is it to create a hit song or to deliver a tune that only 10,000 individuals will keep in their gadgets or simply listen on the web? To the extent I know, Yemi Alade hasn’t improved the situation with joint efforts and that is on account of she not picking the right people.

If people could be rushing to include Duncan Mighty of then, and Slimcase of now in their songs, that implies there’s something about them, not on the grounds that they are too good, but because of the fact that they are trending. No one will rate you low for working with artists, all they just need is a hit song and that’s what you’re looking for too.

----

Let me end here. I think even a reasonable individual will comprehend that these realities are exceptional. It’s difficult to see Tiwa Savage and Yemi Alade comparison nowadays since we all know the difference. She is 29, yet Yemi could accomplish progressively if she concentrate more on a Hit Song. She has lost a great deal of fan base. Forget about Instagram followers, I even follow my enemies there just to ‘perceive’ what they are doing. LOL! grin

Okay, you can drop your reaction below by responding with the catches. See you later on the next one! wink wink

Celebrities / “if You No Get Money, No Hide Your Face”: How Erigga Shaded Small Doctor by WizPrince1(m): 11:54am On Jul 26, 2018

As a matter of fact, saying people without money should conceal their appearances amidst the rich is one thing Nigerians haven’t discovered sufficiently satisfying to have originated from Small Doctor. The adage turned out to be popular to the point that it was the slang used to disregard poor people and this has made such a significant number of impatient youths to be engaged with detestable practices just to be rich and remain pertinent.

This has influenced the street hustle as it hasn’t been helpful. The saying has decimated such huge number of lives on the grounds that nobody needs to look for assistance from the rich as it will be difficult to escape chuckling. Primetweets‘ have recorded many occasions about this and it’s great we survey it.

“If you no get money, hide your face” has been an issue however Nigeria’s #1 Pidgin English Rapper, Erigga has turned out to eliminate any confusion on the maxim while tending to issues folks confront all for the sake of making a trip to Ghana to hustle as individuals feel it’s the place people go and return being rich and well known. He said this in a new single he titled "Kettle".

Erigga is known to be that rapper youths love so much because of his ability to toss fast expressions of ‘value’ in his Pidgin streams. In all actuality 'Every Mallam with him Kettle’ and all things considered, we don’t have to advise individuals to hide their faces since they’re not perfect to riches.

The song obviously and sidely beefed the saying by artist Small Doctor and he feels individuals should quit utilizing that word. That it worked out for Mr. A that way doesn’t mean it will work for Mr. B same way. He additionally prompted folks not to surge riches by setting out to where other individuals are making it on the grounds that everybody’s grace is different. He ended by saying;

If you no get money no hide your face o, show your face make people help you!

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Celebrities / Erigga Re-unites With Yung6ix At His “thank You Concert” In Benin by WizPrince1(m): 11:36am On Jun 28, 2018
It seems there’s something promising upfront as popular Pidgin English rapper, Erigga and talented/well-known rapper, Yung6ix reunites at his (Erigga) Thank You Concert that was held in Benin City, Nigeria last weekend.

The sold out event that accommodated more than 7,000 fans was truly exceptional as it brought tears of happiness following the evergreen performances from artists. It was hosted by teen Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels.

The show featured popular Nigerian rapper, Vector, Yung6ix and Talk Sensation, Mr. Jollof. It also covered the likes of Shuun Bebe, Victor AD, Gasky, Comedian Edo Pikin and others.

The moment fans saw Yung6ix, there was no better kudos they could give to Erigga for re-uniting with his Warri brother than to shed tears of joy as they enjoyed the songs performed. Primetweets has always been in support of these two and we love this welcoming approach.

Erigga has been on the News for some months now following his trending hit song, Motivation. The song has become the talk of the town these days and he has added to his fanbase and credited accordingly.

He also got involved in this year’s Hennessy Cypher and the video is yet to be released. Though, he has assured his fans of a credible performance.

The question is;
Now that our Warri brothers have reunited, should we be expecting a collaboration from them soon?

Crime / SARS Used Power Bank To Charge My Phone For Check-up Today In Delta State by WizPrince1(m): 5:30pm On Jun 14, 2018
My SARS Experience Today in Delta State
......
It was a commercial vehicle that I was in with others (Ladies, Old man, Preacher, Guys). Then, we came across these bearded hungry and provocative SARS operatives and all the guys (4) including me was asked to come down for investigation.
.
We all came down and they saw that the 2 boys that were at the front had settled them after being caught before. They had to free them instantly. Remaining me and one other guy.
.
They said we should raise our hands up for searching, we obeyed to make things quick as the car was waiting. We didn't even know when 2 of them grabbed our phones for search. I wanted to stop them on that but I just can't because if the matter gets hot now, the rest talk Na van (This is Nigeria). So we were peaceful and they started questioning the other guy on what he does for a living. He told them he's an IT student from Lagos. They checked his phone and saw that he was clean, one whispered and said he should go.
.
It got to my turn for search and they asked me what I do for a living and also where I work. This time, I told them I was doing nothing, that I'm not working with anyone, and that I'm self employed. Na so their blood start to hot because them Don see person (yahoo boy) to chop from (since I'm self employed).
.
So, they wanted to check my phone and I told them it was off (I didn't even want to tell them they're not supposed to do that as it concerns my privacy and as instructed by the IGP because if they beat and arrest me, no one will be there for talks except money moves). GRACIOUS, could you believe they brought a power bank to boost the phone for check-up?
.
Within me, I was just laughing and wondering why they'd actually go to such extent. After short charging, they asked me to unlock the phone. To make things sweeter for them, I used my face ID by telling him to point the phone to my face. He did and voila, it opened and they were all smiling. I smiled too. Then, the first thing he went to check was my email section. When he got there, he saw all my blog/website email addresses (info@primetweets.com.ng and the others, including my personal gmail account). Thank God he even saw a recent Sponsored post payment made on my blog (from a US company) to confirm.
.
He didn't bother checking again. Then he asked me who I was and I told him I'm a Blogger, Web Designer and also a Freelance Writer. The SARS dude then said, 'so na una be the Journalists wey dey write/talk about END SARS abi?', I said YES. Then he brought a joke saying he'd like me to write about the guy they arrested earlier who was in their van. I then laughed and we all laughed together after he saw I was clean. They immediately allowed me to go.
.
As I was leaving, one of them started negotiating with the guy they caught so he could enter our vehicle and go with us but it seemed he wasn't ready yet. I wanted to even snap with the 1% battery on my phone but their eyes were on me till we drove off.
.............
This proves that even if the Government ban SARS from stop and search, they will never stop their evil and money making means except it's totally removed. They've taken it as a source of making money and not doing what they're supposed to do. People that are supposed to secure the country are the ones Defrauding innocent people on check points. This is not the right way for us as a Nation.
....
This is why the Government should totally #EndSARS
