My imo brothers, I beg that you pay no attention to this misfit. He's got nothing to do on nairaland, except open different monikers, go to different Igbo threads, curse and abuse people, as well as create divisions between us as Igbos. Allow him to continue on with his ramblings but pay him no attention. It's basically behat he thrives upon
0fodirinwa: Na only me fit una. I only responded to your misguided brother who said that the owner is from Anambra. He made such claim and posted the pictures here to spite us but it back fired .
Very true bro. I dey Isolo side. There has been light since Friday morning.
Adexgentle005: What’s the power supply situation in your area? We have been witnessing 24hrs uninterrupted power supply here. I had to switch off some of my appliances and switch it back on. You guys should keep it up. This is what we want!
I believe soludo has been on the right path. His attention to roads across the state is really good. However, there are things that must be said. His attention to waste management is zero. I recently saw a video of ochanja market when rain was falling. The whole place was so dirty and flooded. The same is replicable across other markets in Nnewi and Onitsha. There is need to do more on waste management. Also, the touts that obiano introduced, of which soludo promised during his first year in office to remove, are still operating unhinged. Many people are already relocating their businesses due to the large cost of operation and high taxes demanded by these touts. Also recently, there was fire outbreak in main market and drugs market at head bridge, yet there were no fire service anywhere to stop the fire. Fore trucks had to come all the way from Asaba and Enugu to put out the fire. If you doubt, check the internet.
At least, for the first two I mentioned, soludo needs no large investment to tackle these issues. What is needed is a strong attitude and determination. Touts should have no place in Anambra. Engage the army in clearing and arresting these touts. For the waste management, engage these market leaders around the states and ensure that at least every week, these refuse are cleared, and if anyone falters, sanctions should be placed. Waste trucks can also be bought from innoson to complement the previous ones
ebufa: Anambra nwere "personnel" !! Left for Soludo to harness what we have in Anambra but he needs to rebuild the trust he lost by his unrestrained and needless vituperation ! Soludo has been on point of late......he should continue on that path! I like his laser-like focus on his goals!
One question I would like to ask you bro. Mention 3 events (not organised by the state government) has taken place in the Icc. Keep wallowing in mediocrity. Because I criticise obiano does not mean I hate him. I just believed he should have done much more for us. InSecurity was at an all time high, waste management was zero. Critical roads meant to be built by him were left abandoned. After everything, man left virtually nothing for soludo to work with, hence soludo having to borrow 100 billion.
globemoney01: The ICC was the talk of the town yesterday across the country, but later one wizzyvibes will come to say rubbish and compare obiano to umahi. Obiano made sure Anambra left the rest SE states 100 years behind.. This is why they hate him so much. Thats why most of them were celebrating voting out their useless governors.
Can you imagine getting a view like the pic below in any state in SE. Soludo has promised to intensify work in the airport too.
Lol. Y'all amaze me when you compare umahi to obiano. Obiano is not even close to what umahi achieved in ebonyi. If it is the shoddy construction of the airport or the 3 flyovers that has constantly needed maintenance in just six years of construction that is making you say all these. Oga , please keep quiet. Obiano did rubbish in Anambra. We went back at least 10 years behind during obiano's rule. Don't come here to cap abeg.
OreMI22: The ONLY Governors in the Southeast with the boldness and vision to build this type of ultra-modern market are Obiano and Umahi. The rest are small-time village champions that talk way too much and deliver next to nothing to match their plentiful empty words.
The problem with the Southeast today is that we have watered down the standards so badly. For instance, in the 1950s & 1960s, even as regional premiers, you would see Zik or Michael Okpara invite world-class architects to build standard universities or other infrastructure because they really wanted to compete with the very best globally. Today's southeast leaders have no such visions to do anything outstanding EXCEPT Obiano and Umahi that tried to build facilities that rose above the normal mediocre shoddy village standard of Southeast governors' projects.
Since Anambra's comparative advantage is in the area of Trade & Commerce if we could have a new Anambra international market located somewhere between Awka to Onitsha Expressway, which would be massive, extremely well-planned, better and more modern than Onitsha main market built in the 1960s, and ensure it has ample parking spaces for both traders and visitors to the market. Such a facility can quadruple the GDP of Anambra while creating new job opportunities and wealth for millions of people. But of course, we no longer have Governors who dream such big dreams anymore and have the true commitment and capacity to pursue their dream to fruition. That is why Umahi and Obiano would continue to be landmark periods in Southeast history when Governors that dared to have big dreams and pursue them to logical fruition led their people into a new era that was better than what they met.
I don't believe this is a lie. You guys just assume something without first verifying. I did check this particular LGA on the irev portal. I couldn't check everything due to data and time constraints, but the very few I checked showed that the difference in votes between the major parties were not so much. I totally believe these results sha. If you don't, verify yourself. Don't come here to cap rubbish.
muhammaduyusufu: The rubbish this people push to Nairaland. Maybe he thinks Bauchi is Ebonyi
Keep shut bro. Thank your stars say gubernatorial election no go Dey for Anambra state, soludo for dey go back Im village
globemoney01: See who is telling me to cry. You wasted 1 year making obidient noise everywhere only to come third but you are telling me to cry? Madness
Eeyah. My boy, cry more, I swear, we're loving it. Continue😅😅
globemoney01: Election has been won and lost and this meth addict is waiting for rerun. How will you know when you focused all your attention on Ebele losing. Soludo was right all long. He saw the future and warned ndi Anambra but they did not listen. Now the entire SE will play another 16 years opposition politics and out of power because one man felt he would lie his way to power
iPhone has two Sims or You can go for the Samsung or other ones like redmi. Use gsmarena.com to compare specifications of phones and make your choice. I just think, that the Nokia G60 specifications is not good enough for the price
Happyhimself: My Spec is mainly the Dual sim and its Android
Dont need an iPhone for now... Besides, i need phone with two sims
and why i need a good android ? I'm into editing videos with Phones with CAPCUT PRO, INSHOT PRO, ADOBE, E.T.C ,iPhone wont give me full access !!!
There are far better phones, you would get for 200k or less. The only good thing here is the 5g. I would advise you buy a good budget London used Samsung or iPhone. I believe you can get a Samsung S20 or iPhone 11 for that price
I understand what you mean bro. But It's painful really, what soludo is doing. I'm yet to see one good thing he's done. Take for example, The 5000 teachers he employed in Anambra state. My Aunt is one of them. After series of tests that were conducted, they posted her to her hometown to teach. She lives in Onitsha, but will have to pay lots of money to transport herself from Onitsha to her hometown. And the pay, as I've heard isn't good enough. I believe it's less than 30k.
The roads are another problem. Video evidences have shown that most of the roads he's constructing are of very poor quality. Also the waste management issue is still yet to receive maximum attention. Heaps of refuse are still seen around the state.
I'm really praying he does well though, but for now, man's basically clueless.
Though i have to admit he’s been a bit slow off the starting blocks, i still believe the speed and effectiveness of his gov’ts delivery of projects has been hampered by the effects of COVID and general insecurity in the south-east! Bearing this in mind, i believe he has more in the tank and we’re yet to see his gov’t fire on all cylinders!
One year into the Umahi admin, we saw much more on ground in Ebonyi than is the case with Anambra today, but like i alluded to earlier, Umahi didn’t face the kind of challenges Soludo is faced with in his first year in office. Anambra has way more advantages and economic scope to leverage on than Ebonyi has, so let’s see where we stand after two years. This is why i hope Peter Obi is elected president, so Anambra in particular and all states in general have a supportive federal gov’t that would assist all states build on their strengths and help mitigate the effects of their weaknesses!
When y'all say Tinubu is popular among the Muslim supporters, I really wonder a lot. I've quite a number of Muslim friends and all are supporting Obi. I believe the ones who are supporting otherwise, are the illiterates who are relatively political unconscious
Taa. Shut your trap. Awon classified informants.show us evidence. I voted in this poll and I believe every obidient supporter would not vote twice. Like what's the gain there. Why would anyone use two accounts to vote. Y'all capping as usual
.
N3TRAL: As long as it's done on Twitter, Instagram, Nairaland, polling website, etc , Labour party will lead.
It's not even because they're that many online.
Those of us with classified information knew when Nnamdi Kanu started a cyber warfare about 4 years ago.
1 person to 20 accounts- including those stealing the identity of Hausas, Fulanis, Kanuris, Yorubas etc.
They even reported Buhari's account, and got his tweet that criticised insurrection in the South East deleted which forced a ban on Twitter.
Peter Obi inherited the Ipob troll farms in the middle of last year.
IPOB and its allies would be winning the war in real life if 30% of Nigerians were active on these platforms. The effect of the cyberwar starts and ends in Urban areas of Southern Nigeria and Abuja.
I've been following this page for quite awhile. Soludo just Dey play sha. It's been almost a year since he entered office and not a single road has been commisioned. Man's just using road inspection as a way to campaign for APGA candidates and he thinks we no get get sense.
Rocksvibes234: Always visit Anambra State New Media and Soludo TV... for latest infrastructural updates and other updates in Anambra State.
Everything Obiano did was above the usual Anambra standard! He was the first Anambra Governor that I'm aware of that built a DUAL-Carriage way from start to finish! Every other Anambra Governor would have opted to do the usual single-lane tiny road to the airport, which will be hopefully dualized in the far future (If ever!)
God bless Soludo who has actually started working on many roads across the state! I just hope that Soludo would keep a keen eye on QUALITY in whatever he does. I am impressed with his efforts so far to address potholes and make Awka roads pleasurable to drive on. However, his road inspectors should ensure that the road level is ALWAYS above the gutter level. So that water can easily flow from the road surface into the gutters. Instead of some situations where the gutter is higher than the road surface, so even with gutters beside the roads, the roads are water-logged because the water on the road cannot flow into the gutter.
Jostoman: I know what am saying when i said the man will loose home and away. Peter obi is giving them a sleepless night on one side while JANDOR and FUNKE AKINDEKE are pressing their neck on the other side.
His point is in every way valid. I studied in Unn and I saw a lot of blind students. There was basically little or no provisions made for them. They had to rely on other students to do almost everything for them. It is bad enough for those who are lame but it's even much worse for the blind ones. Universities, banks, plazas, public places should as a matter of urgency begin taking these things into consideration.
