I like the Upwork paid connect thing. It will stop people from applying for jobs anyhow. Job applications should get less competitive and it should make it easier for the serious ones to get jobs.

They tried to avoid a Freelancer.com situation by stopping people from opening accounts any how. People bypassed that so they are using the paid connects to weed out people.
