Borwe: TECNO will dominate soon. LOW prices for better performance. Soon there will be Tecno Windows Phone. That will Kill competition on all platforms. JAVA, ANDROID, WINDOWS. LOLGuy a windows mobile phone can only be produced by Microsoft now. And I'm sure u realise that Tecno Java phones are nothing to write home about. So for now their main selling point is their Android phones. |

N80k won't get you a new laptop with an ATI or nvidia graphics card. You could go for a good refurbished laptop with the graphics card with N80k at Computer Village in Ikeja. But If you're not much of a gamer then buy a good new Dell laptop, they are generally cheaper than HP. |

Its only dumb pple dat compare Tecno A2 with the new Iphone 5C. Because they call it a budget phone doesn't make it one. FYI the 32 Gb Iphone 5C costs the same as the 16Gb Iphone 5S. The 16Gb Iphone 5C costs about N90k so its not a budget phone as Apple makes it to be. Since u are so dumb as to compare the Tecno A2 to the Iphone 5C. Why not also compare it to the Iphone 5S. Tecno is a very good budget phone which I can recommend to anyone. Just yesterday I even advised someone with N15k to get one. But if the same person has N60k to spare, then I'll tell him to get a Samsung Galaxy S3 over the phantom A1. To all Tecnocrats that says the Tecno A1 is better than the S3, I'm sure if I held both in my hands & tell u to pick one, you'll pick the S3 I've even seen some saying the Tecno N3 is better than the S3 which we all know is folly. You'll never see users of other phones going on & on about comparisons. Its always some Tecno user undergoing some inferiority complex who needs something to soothe his ego. I've always respected Acidosis on Nairaland but he's losing some of my respect. How could u say the the Iphone 5C costs $99? There are many good HP Models e.g DM4, DV6, DV7, G6, Envy M6 etc. There are also different varieties of laptops under each model type. So don't keep a particular model in mind go for the exact specs first. 1 Like |

Model doesn't really matter. HP laptops are generally cool since spare parts are easy to find. Dell laptops are stronger on the average and Acer Laptops generally have longer lasting batteries. An HP DV6 laptop could be entirely different from another HP DV6 laptop so get the exact specs right before buying. 1 Like |

For a general user its the processor. For a gamer its the graphics card of the system. Get a minimum of an Intel Core I3 processor. Don't go for an AMD processor as Intel processors are better on the average. The higher end processors are the Intel Core I5 & core I7 processors. They also come in generations ranging from 1st gen to 4th gen. The RAM is not so important as it is easily upgradeable. Go for a minimum of a 6 Gb RAM. 4 Gb Ram is also o.k The hard disk size should be a minimum of 500 Gb. For Graphics Card, it should be at least a 1Gb Nvidia or ATI graphics card. Nvidia graphics card are better on the average Then there are other peripherals like SSD drive, bluetooth, backlit keyboard, 3.0 Mp Webcam, HDMI port, USB 3.0 ports, Thunderbolt & Firewire ports e.t.c |
