One. Does an exchanger have the right to wihold the funds of a customer for 8-10 weeks ? He did that saying he would teach me a lesson. I have the screenshot. This means it was done with an intention because he knew before his actions I was in a fast moving business and knew that his actions would cause damage. So, is it right for a customers funds to be witheld for 8-10 weeks?
