NO, after the first interview which was approved was placed on AP,after the second interview i later got a mail that visa was refused based on 214b.

Good day gurus in the house, i applied for b1/b2 visa last year which was approved but was later placed on AP and after days i was called for another interview based on 221g and after the second interview i was still placed on AP, after another 2 weeks i got a mail that the visa was refused under 214b. Recently, i came in contact with one of my classmate in the university who stays in the US(thru visa lottery) and gave me his contact details for me to use in subsequent application and i want to reapply.
1) Will the contact details i am filling now have any effect in my new application since the first form i filled i don't have any body in the US.

please gurus in the house can an application for visa be cancelled without the agent because a visa application was initiated and it is over 2 months now and the visa is still not out and the said agent said he has cancelled it but he has not provided proof of cancellation. please kindly advice on this.

Please i suspect the agent in question is playing pranks with me as it is over 2 months that he has been on this and he is avoiding refund of my money(though that is my least of worries now) as i want to forge ahead with my life and he is not giving me any favorable reply and he keeps telling me that the visa has not come out and i told him to cancel the application and he said he will not cancel it. Please if the house can assist in helping me check if the visa is still being processed because i want to apply for another one and i don't want double application. my passport no is A03863820 (Yakubu Adewole)
