As long as Atiku is there to win NW and NE, Tinubu cannot win.
Even if Tinubu gets 80% votes in southwest, if Atiku gets anything above 50% more of what Tinubu gets in NW and NE ( for example in NW, Tinubu cannot afford Atiku to get 1.6m votes, while he gets 1m, he needs to be close 2nd) and Kwankwaso manages to get 60% of whatever Tinubu gets in NW, Tinubu is gone.

SS and SE if virtually impenetrable for Tinubu. Nothing for him, the best he can do is to get just 25% in one ot two states there.

For Tinubu to win, he needs to secure 25% in all 19 northern states.
Or secure 25% in 17 of them and manage to snatch 2 from SS and SE.

This is extremely difficult, knowing fully well that Tinubu will perform woefully in Christian dominated states of Adamawa, Taraba, Benue and even plateau.

An average Tinubu supporter is aware that Tinubu cannot win any free and fair election to become president in this country, so he doesn't think that any election in this country can be fair and free.

An average Tinubu supporter is over-reliant on political structure of parties. He believes that the party structure is the ultimate and its with this tool that they can compromise a free and fair election. They do not think that the will of the people matters much, as long as the will of the party is involved.

It's why they are surprised about this CBN cash policy. It's making it difficult for them to run the activities of their party structure that is meant to actualize their perfected vote buying plans.

An average Tinubu supporter does not believe that BVAS is a thing, he thinks that party structure can bend the power of BVAS. He doesn't think that the people can elect their leaders, he believes that the party, especially the incumbent, selects the next president. He doesn't think that BVAS influence will be very significant.

It's why they are in for a big shock come 25th because all these overreliance on partt structure is vague and doesn't hold water anymore in this current dispensation but it's hard for them to come to term with that reality.
