How do you end a case already in court only to put the defendant under arrest of another agency under your control for further probing without the the defendant's lawyer challenging it.

How about Emefiele's own court case he has brought against Tinubu and DSS , how can it have been seemingly abandoned if Emefiele is still alive?

It is not unlawful to take foreign loans.
