How much is outright purchase of land per hectare in ur area?

Am based in Ewekoro LGA of Ogun State so land is a bit expensive here 1 hectare fertile land goes for N500k.

You can create the market your own way just be creative.
Here is a tip: You can do an handbill stating the nutritional and health benefits of pawpaw then attached your pictures while working on the farm that will give you more credibility. You can start distributing a week before harvesting your produce.
Create a Facebook page for it.
Get a good brand name and make sure you register it who knows tommorrow as for me I did trademark registration for HIGHHILL.
Get a good label for your pawpaw it make yours a branded fruits it will appealed to all class.
Then go out to sell with enough sample.

Hahahahaha, it highly relevant because every serious project need a store. Minimum of 1 room.
This shed is not one of mine. Check the pictures for the one we built fo Highhill Organic Plantain Village.
We got the planks from the farm and my carpenter fixed it.

Depends on the purpose of your farm. Are you planting in order to add value to it or you want to sell the the fruits.
Your purpose will determines the answer.

Plantains will grow in most soils, but to thrive, they should be planted in a rich, well-drained soil. They prefer an acidic soil with a pH between 5.5 and 6.5.

Sure. We are doing 5 in 1 crop setup.
This farm will have: Plantain, Pawpaw, Pineapple, Maize and Moringa all intercroped together per acre.
